A long but great day out. The early start is well worth it especially climbing Mini Adam’s Peak before the hoards of tourists arrive. The views from the top are well worth the steep(ish) climb! The best part was the train ride and stop off at Nine Arch bridge, which was a great experience, (especially hanging out the train - although not as fun in the rain). The tea factory tour was interesting and lunch in Ella wasn’t that bad. Recommend this tour Tip: Check weather as wasn’t prepared when raining. Also agree with another reviewer about having travel pillow for the long journey

Memorable day out for my daughter and I. These guys know how to miss the queues and the traffic would recommend Top tip - bring a neck pillow for the early morning drive to catch up on some sleep!

We had great communication with Sam, and Lahiru, our guide, was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed. Well planned!

Top trip seeing the beautiful waterfall, 9 Arches Bridge, the Peak and working tea factory. All well-explained by Ishan and well paced whilst being a full day of exploring a variety of attractions. Excellent pre-departure communication with Bentota Travel Mart. Would book again.

Booked this excursion during our holiday. Tour operator provided a great service and was very professional. Our hotel was outside of the catchment area for many operators, but was very happy to collect and drop off.

A perfectly organized trip. Great communication with the travel agendy - we knew exactly what to expect from the start, and our tour manager Sam was always available if we had any questions. We didn’t have to worry about a thing; everything was arranged from beginning to end. Our driver Lahiru took excellent care of us, so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. No crowds, no groups — everything was tailored just for us, from hotel pickup to return transfer. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide, Pasidu, was great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. We went for the 4am pick-up and I’m so glad we chose this as the sites we visited were quiet. On the train, you go over the nine arch bridge and there were so many people, meaning if we had a later pick-up, we’d have been in that crowd! The train seats reservation was confusing for us, and the train gets busy but that didn’t take away from how stunning the scenery is. The tea factory tour, albeit quick, was very interesting. Lunch was a buffet in a busy restaurant but still nice.

Everything was amazing. The available time to leave was 4am which works out great from Bentota as the driver and guide got us to the attractions etc before the big crowds arrived. Our driver Ishan and guide Anura were brilliant. Both were very nice, informative and helpful.
