Highly recommend this kayak trip. Brett was a fantastic guide. He was extremely patient with our group, knowledgeable about the river, wildlife and surrounding area. He made the trip enjoyable for everyone. If you are going to do any kayaking, this is the tour to do.

It was a perfect day and our guide was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more. When I booked, I had no idea that the Emerald K was only Emerald for moments of a day and we happen to hit it spot on. It was amazing.

Captain Griff was an excellent guide. He gave us choices allowing the group to make the decisions. Griff was both funny and informative. Great price for a small group setting and the amount of time on the water.

I can’t say enough about our guided tour of the Colorado river with Griffen and Veterans Tours . He was a very knowledgeable, competent, kind guide that really cares about this park and the river that runs through it. He is also very easy on the eyes. … My BFF and I went on the tour for the 9:00am departure , so glad we did the earlier time slot. Griffen was able to get us right into the emerald cave as well as another smaller but cooler cave on the other side of the river. As we were working our way back on our 4 mile trip, we saw dozens and dozens of folks starting the journey. They were lining up and would have had a much longer wait to enter the mouth of the famous cave. They provide , water and snacks. Also a small store will have anything you need for your journey. I wore flip flops and it was fine , so don’t sweat not having water shoes. You will thoroughly enjoy this tour and the guides. If you have a chance you should go to historic BOULDER city for lunch after your trip. Very cool little town with lots of great food options.
