We recently came back from Tanzania where we also did a one day trip to Lake Manyara. We were quite a large group of 3 adults and 13 teens and we loved every bit of the adventure. I had Bryson guiding our vehilce in collaboration with the other 2 guides in our party. I must appreciate the natural beauty and abundance of wildlife in this park. Every corner that we turned to had something nice for us and our students to see. Bryson immediately struck friendship with the young teens in our vehicle with his great sense of humour and lots of information about Tanzania. He was very keen to take care of our needs. We were lucky to have close encounters with lots of animals ranging the huge elephants to the smallest creatures like dik dik. We also interacted with some Maasai warriors midway between Arusha and Lake Manyara and Bryson made a great interpreter of our conversation between us and the warriors. I must appreciate the great work done by Bryson and his team mates in making sure that we experienced so much of the wild in Tanzania in just one day!!! Would love to come back for another tour with Bryson and Martial Adventure Safaris

We were a group of 16 consisting of 3 teachers and 13 students from the US who had come to Tanzania for an exchange program and decided to go for a day trip to Lake Manyara in the Rift-Valley. We were picked from Mt Meru hotel in 3 jeeps by guides Godson, Benedict and Bryson who drove us to Lake Manyara National Park in the south of Arusha. In my Jeep we had Godson and he was absolutely amazing. He is a good driver and also very knowledgeable about the animals, trees, birds and generally a very likeable person. We drove as a convoy making some few stops along the way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and also take pictures with groups of Masai Morans that we found along the way. After a 2 hrs drive we reached the park gate where we took about 20 minutes to get processed. There were a a few families of baboons at the gate. The park is action packed, from entrance you drive through a deep forest which had a few monkeys, then as huge trees cleared we encountered huge herds of elephants grazing grazing on the each side of the road. Some were very huge and came close to the jeeps. Further down as we approached the shoreline there were herds of Zebras, giraffes, warthogs antelopes and a few wildebeest. We enjoyed our packed lunch in a picnic site close to the hippo pool watch point. After lunch we went to the hippo point though the hippos were not very visible as were a bit far and the pool muddy. However we also got to see a lot of pelicans and other water birds. On our way back we also encountered a pride of lions in a clearing close to the road. It was a lovely day where we saw so much and I will definitely come back for a longer safari to other parks.

I went with a friend on a 5 day private Safari Trip within Tanzania. Godson was our private guide for the whole journey. He took us to four different Parks (Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Lake Manyara National Park) and a field visit to a Masai Mara Camp. Godson was incredibly attentive, sympathetic, funny, responsible and punctual. He knew every single Park. It’s territory, history and animals. Additionally throughout the trip he briefed us about all of the precautionary measures we had to take and made suggestions on how we should structure the day. We had a very funny, interesting and memorable trip with Godson. Totally recommend him as a guide! Hope to visit him soon.
