Visit of 31/10/25, We decided to visit the city of Boulogne which is worth a visit (see previous opinion) in the morning then the aquarium in the afternoon. Parking is already not easy near the aquarium and read more often for a fee. Little tip, the basic parking marked paid on the places in front of the center garden is free during the season base. I had booked the tickets on the internet which, already does not allow to have any real advantage... No discounts and above all, even on Halloween day, no queue at the cash register... so no point in the hit. The site is very very large, there are three visiting spaces of which two are huge and one smaller. We did not have time to see everything in 4h30. The center is indeed very noisy and often clogged, it is difficult to access all the aquariums inside. In addition, the center is more reminiscent of a large child's ventilator than an aquarium (running, climbing, shoving, heckling, screaming, ... a horror). It is thought that fortunately the fish are in the water and therefore less sensitive to external noise. The "High Seas Journey" part is rather nice with several thematic sectors. Sometimes it lacks a little brightness to read the signs properly. The aquarium is indeed the centerpiece of the place. The last room with the explanatory speeches on the screens are also not bad to summarize the part well. The part "Of the shores and men" is for me better than the previous (especially more recent) one. The main aquarium with the mangrove going out to sea is well done. There are also more clearly legible explanations and many well-treated topics. The "tea room" as mentioned from 3pm to 6pm (The Table of Ephelia) is on the other hand a vast joke... tea room with an infusion (verbena) and two teas (Earl Grey and Black)... Unfortunately, we did not have time to do the last part "In the Eye of Climate". In conclusion: honestly, for 31.50 euros that day I find it very expensive for what there is to see, the noise and the quality of the restaurant offered. We're not going back.

A first and certainly a last... I expected better. The space is very noisy: it's full of people. We're driving around a lot. I was not particularly charmed by the place that seems very commercial to me, more a pretext to eat than a sighting of fish. We went 12 minutes before an animation and could not access it. Big disappointment. I found little diversity. Only the large underground room is interesting and some species. I already did the Brighton Aquarium, smaller but much more charming and worked. Provide parking.

It's a nice visit overall. You can take the time to land in front of the aquariums (especially in the high seas) and in the different spaces. We ate at the self Calypso, the dishes are good and the prices are correct. Regarding the animations, that of sea lions is friendly. On the other hand, disappointed for the so-called "penguin feeding" animation.

Very nice visit. We all had a great day in Nausicaa. Very nice rooms, aquariums, lots of explanations, very playful. Teens also enjoyed it very much. We ate at Calypso Self. Excellent food. Very good value for money. We really recommend visiting Nausicaa. It takes an average of 4 hours to visit.

Family visit during Toussaint holidays. It is best to start the tour in the morning , as it is crowded l afternoon. Animation with sea lions is the most pleasant and informative. For the rest generally disappointed: a lot of signs, corridors and stairs, but little explanation about the animals themselves. The building is an unwelcoming and dark maze. The decorations are fake, plants or trees are plastic. Thalassa rooms could be interesting if a facilitator was present. Point catering conspicuous but high price for medium quality. The shop offers some products made in China while we are touted the 90% local. Overall friendly staff except the Security Service at the entrance. Cleanliness correct given the busy day.

We visited this aquarium with family on Sunday afternoon. This is the perfect time because fewer people. We got home at 2:30. It takes three hours to see everything. It is very very beautiful especially the tunnel in the large aquarium. there are some shows but we did not see them for lack of time and timing.

The price is a bit high but we still spent no less than 4 hours on site. So many varieties to discover or review. A real wonder and an unforgettable family day.

Its shear size requires stamina, but there are conveniently placed coffee stops en route, and it is all you would expect it to be. However, despite the size and variety of displays it was disappointing not to find a 'Sun fish', cuttlefish, or squid in residence, and no octopus, although I believe these are notoriously difficult to keep. All in all, it was a good visit with lots of walking and access for those with walking difficulties.
