Hello, We visited the aquarium in depth, with an immersion behind the scenes to discover how it works. Our escort, Amandine, was really great: her explanations were clear, exciting and very informative. We loved it! The aquarium is superb, very well designed, easy to follow and perfectly explained. A successful experiment — absolutely must be done.

It’s quite expensive for what it is! The staff is very professional and friendly. The sea lion show is not to be missed! Possible to eat on site or go out to eat outside and come back with a tampon. There are lockers at the entrance so you can leave your personal belongings there and that is a very good thing.

This is a nice place to spend several hours, lots of educative and a variety of beautiful things to see and read. The fish-touch pool was very cool for my daughter. After the visit, we spent an hour walking on the beach right next door. A beautiful day.

We found the visit interesting but being accompanied by elderly people as well as armchairs we wasted too much time with the small elevators and the freight elevator. Also when you arrive in front of nausica, why not make a parking lot only for mini buses for disabled and elderly people? Otherwise it is to be done.

Great experience with interesting exhibits and a varied amount of fish, however, there was a sea lion show which we wanted to see but the directions were misleading so we missed the show unfortunately. Other than that the place is great and has a great gift shop

It's definitely worth a visit. Allow 5 to 6am. Expensive entrance but justified because it is huge but really well maintained.

Pleasant visit overall on a Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, a big problem when going to the toilet ( main hall on the cloakroom level) . Problem of cleanliness in men .... urine on the floor and above the urinals , a real nest of bacteria!

Having been informed by the Media that for native fishers an entry was offered on this month of March 2026, we decide to please our children for their birthday (our twins 7 years old are the sign of the fish ) by taking them to Nausicaa, two hours drive from our home. In order to prepare for our outing we buy our tickets online in the morning (2 adults and 1 child) and we leave at 5. What a surprise at the cashier when we are refused the offer because the tickets had to be bought locally!!! So we had to buy two tickets for our two children and pay almost 40€ that were not planned! Thank you very much for this disappointment and this false advertising relayed by the radio ...

We were there during the school holidays and unfortunately the heat and the world had an impact on our visit. We still think it's a great aquarium to discover with your family.

Once we had found somewhere to park as the car parks were full (goodness knows how people find anywhere in summer!) we got into Nausicaa for our visit. I had visited as a child in the 90s with my father and had wanted to return for many years. Today was that day and it was definitely worth it! The aquarium is huge and with other exhibits to spend time at, including the onsite restaurants, it is easy to spend the whole day here. There was so much to see and learn. We also appreciated that every sign was in English as well as French, this was a lovely added touch for us. Animals/marine life are well cared for and everywhere is kept clean and modernised. Prices reflect the experience you’ll be getting and being just 30 minutes from Calais it was a nice easy day trip for us from south east England.
