Daniel our guide from Denver Colorado was brilliant he had loads of information to share with us and had done a great deal of research on life in Finland, His presentation was excellent and he came out with a few funny things, I loved the special library at the end of the tour. Highly recommend this tour. Hi to Daniels Mum back in USA.

We expected a quiet, modest Finnish local tour guide. We got an extremely loud, self centred American, who talked about himself for the first 30 minutes, after which we abruptly left the tour. Terrible.

The guide took us on a wide array of locations around central Helsinki. The tour is fun, informative, and not difficult. It is interesting to see the city from the perspective of a non-native local resident (the guide is an American student) - it may even be more valuable for a tourist than getting the perspective of a local guide. The guide has a good sense of humor which is apparent throughout the tour and a unique style. Well, actually, he could have used the word "actually" a bit less, it's kind of distracting, but not so much that it interferes with the experience. Anyway, highly recommended.

Daniel did an outstanding job. The itinerary was as described, however, Daniel made it more interesting with his insights. Well worth the cost. It would be nice to have a church included.

Dan, the young American, has a great booming voice. He also knows Helsinki and managed to show us some of the amazing sights. My highlight was the old library! And Hi! to Dan’s mum! I don’t think he is ever going to move back!
