Due to uneven surfaces, and a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
In case the mentioned wineries are not available, we will choose estates in the same area and with the same level/quality.
Return at departure point: approx. 5:00pm. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed

Minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old; infants are not allowed
For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.

What To Expect
Florence
After having meet your guide and your travel companions in Florence depart in the direction of the Tuscan wine country. During the ride your guide will explain the schedule of your day.
Tenuta Riseccoli
After a 45 minutes ride, you will stop to Riseccoli, an organic and family owned, hilltop winery; the estate is the expression of the quintessential beauty of Tuscany; rolling hills planted with vines and olive trees, Mediterranean forests and farmhouses scattered against an idyllic backdrop. Here after the visit you will taste a selection of their wines and olive oil.

5.00This was an amazing wine tasting experience/excursion. Daniele was a very informative speaker who gave great information as we went from one winery to the next. Each of the 3 wineries offered their own unique atmosphere and all had different opportunities to see the behind the scenes of what it takes to brew true Tuscan wines. Our driver Irene safely navigated us through the windy mountain roads as we made our way between each wine experience. This is a great tour if you are looking for a friendly, informative, intimate Italian wine tasting experience. The smaller group really allowed you to feel more connected to the experience as we made our way up and back down the countryside. I highly recommend booking with them. Do not miss antica macelleria falorni, in Greve, the oldest still running butcher shop in all of Italy.

5.00Excellent tour and our guide Leo was great! Appreciated the full day tour (8 hours), the wineries were very beautiful, great lunch option, and learned about the history! I don’t drink but my partner does and he enjoyed the wines and it was still a great tour for me too - there was food and olive oil included! Highly recommend this tour, great opportunity to see the countryside near Florence!
