Valentina and John Luke took really good care of us. Lots of history shared about the region and Italy. The countryside was beautiful, the wineries were excellent and it was a double bonus to see them harvesting the grapes. Lunch was provided and it was delicious. It was nice to not feel rushed anywhere we went.

The Chianti winery tour with lunch was a highlight of our trip to Florence. The small group of 24 on a half size modern bus was manageable and fun. The bus driver expertly drove us through the magnificent rolling hills and the small quaint towns of Tuscany in a safe and efficient manner. Our tour guide Valentina was very knowledgeable and provided some interesting history and facts of the area. She made sure we were having a great time and even volunteered to take photos of us in the vineyards. The wines were exceptional at the 3 wineries we visited and the tastings were generous. The tour route was circular so we didn't return to Florence the same way, allowing us to see more of the area. I highly recommend this tour to enjoy the country and the exquisite wines of the area.
