Due to uneven surfaces, and a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
In case the mentioned wineries are not available, we will choose estates in the same area and with the same level/quality.
Return at departure point: approx. 5:00pm. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
Itinerary and/or visited wineries may change, based on their availability
Minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old; infants are not allowed
For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.

What To Expect
Florence
After having meet your guide and your travel companions in Florence depart in the direction of the Tuscan wine country. During the ride your guide will explain the schedule of your day.
Tenuta Riseccoli
After a 45 minutes ride, you will stop to Riseccoli, an organic and family owned, hilltop winery; the estate is the expression of the quintessential beauty of Tuscany; rolling hills planted with vines and olive trees, Mediterranean forests and farmhouses scattered against an idyllic backdrop. Here after the visit you will taste a selection of their wines and olive oil.

5.00Leo was a great tour guide! I have been on multiple wine tours in France and Spain, and this Tuscany tour met or exceeded expectations, as the schedule, wine quality, and friendliness was similar. The meeting point was well explained through the email, and there were 24 people on a small air conditioned bus. First, we drove 1h to a beautiful, organic Chianti Classico winery, sampled 4 wines wth cheese, bread, and olive oil. The second stop was Greve, a cute, small town to explore/snack/shop for 45 minutes. Then we went to another winery with 4 wines that included a full lunch, and the third and final winery again with 4 wines to taste. All primarily Sangiovese grapes, but there was one rose and one white we tasted during the day. I highly recommend this trip, as an experienced wine lover.

5.00My partner and I had such an incredible time on this Tuscan wine tour during our stay near Florence — it was honestly one of the highlights of our entire Italy trip. From the start, everything was seamless. The meeting point was easy to find from the city center, and the transportation was comfortable and well-organized, which made for a really relaxing day. We visited three stunning wineries, each with its own unique beauty and character. The wines were delicious, the settings were breathtaking, and every stop felt thoughtfully planned without ever feeling rushed. A special shoutout to our driver Tony and our guide Mateo — they brought such great energy to the day. They were both knowledgeable, engaging, and full of great insights about the region, the wines, and even gave us helpful tips for the rest of our travels. They truly made the experience feel personal and fun. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Florence area.
