Wonderful and very informative walking tour. Full of historical facts but delivered in an interesting and fun way. Not dry and stuffy at all. Fully recommend (especially in a rainy day)!

This tour was entertaining, informative and a great introduction to Tromso. This was despite the constant rain which was unfortunate but didn't dampen the experience. Highly recommended

Pretty comprehensive tour of Central Tromsø with lots of interesting facts and suggestions of other places to visit. Included a tour of the Polar Museum, which was also very useful as it gave us a lot of information without having to read everything. Our guide was also very humorous, and we e ded up in a pub with a recommendation of what beer to try. The tour was also quite good value, we thought, and being out of season, only four people on the tour. Max group size is 15.

Karl was a great guide. We learned so much about Tromso and it's history. He had a wonderful sense of humor and made it very easy to ask our many questions

Great tour that was inexpensive! We had a small group of 7ish people so we were able to ask lots of questions. The Tour guide was very knowledgeable, talked about the history of Tromso, took us off the "tourist path" to show us what the residents of the town do, and even the different languages in Norway. The tour included admission to the must see Polar Museum! While there we were able to touch actual Polar Bears, walruses, and many more Norwegian taxidermies. Definitely a must see while in Tromso!

Really great historical tour - Arild Gregor was our tour guide, and he was friendly and told us lots of interesting facts and added some humour to the tour too! It was a gentle walk around the city at the start and end (not too overcrowded at all, on a Saturday in June!), and the bulk of it was in the Polar Museum. I recommend bringing water as the Polar Museum was very warm. I went as a solo traveller and it was completely fine :)

Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide. Arctic museum was interesting. Easy to find meeting point coming off a coastal cruise boat.
