At the Terar Coffee facility, you will learn about the full coffee process—from bean selection and sorting to roasting and packaging. You will see how Ethiopian coffee is prepared for both local use and export. Stop 3: Coffee Cupping Experience Enjoy a professional coffee cupping session guided by an expert. Taste different Ethiopian coffee varieties and learn how to identify flavors, aromas, and quality differences. Stop 4: Shola Local Market Visit Explore one of Addis Ababa’s vibrant local markets, where you will experience daily life and see how coffee and other goods are traded.
