  Biggest scam in UAE and you can't escape because you are in the middle of the desert. Such a sham, as they take more guests than their capacity. Everything is extremely rushed, dune bashing is mere 10 mins, sand boarding is a small stretch and way too many people queuing up, Camel ride is a few steps. Staff are rude and no clear instructions from the organisers for the guests. Enter the camp and you are let into a world of confusion and chaos. Disorganised, unclean, impolite comfortless, hospitality non existent, lack of safety. Not honouring the traditional ways of a desert camp but that's too much ask here I guess. It's a medieval cattle camp set in the modern era only where the guests form the heard. The BBQ dinner offered will redefine all your imaginable fantasies of a BBQ dinner because all you get BBQ is just on tiny price of BBQ chicken. T biggest irony is this is "VIP Treatment" A note on safety, the driver is more on watching reels on his phone than his eyes on the road on busy UAE roads. Multitasking at its peak of undesirability. It's appalling by Viator for hosting such scammers.

  10 hours in total. 1.5 hour to wait for other group members to join 4 hours driving back and fourth 2 hours waiting for the cars in cold to take us back and forth to the dinner The rest was activities Worst nightmare

• No sandboarding beware.

  The experience was average, the car was Sandy and not clean yet not badly dirty, we only got to do safari, bur no sand boarding, no sunset as their was an accident on the road and that made it pass sunset time. But the guide did not encourage sand boarding and did take us to that. VIP and regular were I in the same tour. This tour was a bit disappointed for Viator.

  Experience was average 1. Did not know that we would have to pay more for the atv ride. 2. Helmets should be available as an option. 3. Rest Room facilities were atrocious, especially seeing how clean facilities are in Dubai public and private spaces. 4. Harassment by vendors was too much.

  Sinan was the driver and coordinator. Very polite and responsible. Good trip overall. A good desert experience. Trip from 2pm to 9pm back to hotel

  Here’s a polished and professional version of your review: ⸻ Review: Our entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the convenient hotel pickup to the activities and the thrilling 4x4 adventure, everything was seamlessly organized. The food and entertainment were outstanding. We had the pleasure of being guided by Shair, who was truly excellent. He made the experience even more enjoyable by encouraging fun activities like sandboarding, and his communication throughout the day was fantastic. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

  Shair was our guide. Very thoughtful of the group and his manner was kind and considerate. Good sense of humour. He always prepared us for what was to happen and kept his eye on us being senior ages. Dune bash so much fun and we enjoyed the desert experience.

  The Safari Tour was fantastic. Our safari guide Sajjad was so professional and highly recommended. We really enjoyed the ride, shows and food.

  We were 4 friends and this safari was honestly a terrible experience. First, even though our reservation was for 3 PM, the driver insisted we must go earlier until we proved our booking. When we arrived, they forced us to take the quad bikes (not included!) and made us pay extra. The camel ride was also pushed for extra money, and the camels looked exhausted and stressed, which was very sad to see. At the camp they tried to upsell VIP seats so we could get food earlier. The food itself was not edible at all. The worst part: on the way back they added 3 more people to our car. There was no space, and a small child had to sit on the father’s lap in the front — very unsafe and unacceptable. No extra drinks as promised, poor organisation, constant scams and upselling. The whole experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this safari at all.
