If I could rate this zero I would. Made online reservations. The wait even with us coming 1/2 hr before the start time was egregious. 1.45 minutes later with two hot and totally bored 7 year old they called group 7 our group, to do the worst possible gator presentation. 1/2 the gators are obviously fake props by the way. They then placed group 8 ahead of ours to actually line up ahead of us while we were in the gator show which left us waiting longer. None of the staff know what the heck is going on. We missed our animal adventure that THEY gave us a time for due to their own poor planning. The people in the whole place are rude, disorganized, and just annoying. Oh and they highly highly place big groups ahead of the regular people so all of a sudden your group is moving more and more to the back of the line!

So much fun!!!!! It was a dreary day, 66°F, so I wasn't expecting to see many alligators. Also there is low water conditions causing us to stay in the canals. Suprise!!!! We still saw about 8 medium sized alligators and loads of birds. Our captain was fabulous and it was an entertaining trip

It was good until we did the boat ride. I guess the boat can’t go but just put around for some water is too low. We thought we would be going fast saw few alligators but the show and the rest of it was pretty cool.

We booked this through our cruise ship as an excursion before a late flight home. Considering how many different tour groups were there I thought it was very well organized. Within 45 minutes of arriving (enough time to use the washrooms, get a snack and enjoy the strutting peacocks) our guide's name was called and we proceeded to the dock. Although we only saw two gators swimming and two lying in the reeds along the bank, our airboat driver Anna did stop to point out an osprey sitting in a tree eating a fish & she talked about the trees & other vegetation. We enjoyed the Gator Boys alligator show but didn't want to pay $10 to hold a baby gator and have our photo taken. Our daughter & her family did the same excursion in January and although that day was very cold, the kids did enjoy the ride and the show.

This was an amazing experience, Jimbo our boat captain was awesome. We learned a lot about the ecosystem and saw many alligators that were active! Highly recommend.
