Bring water and wear a hat (especially for long hair ladies) and sunblock. Try the gator bites - they are divine. Might want hearing protection, fan boats can get loud.

Don't go when it's hot. The tour operator couldn't go more than a moderate crawl because of the "low water level" so that the passengers got almost no breeze.

Airboat ride was great just wish it was longer and more separated from the other airboats. We did see gators so that was awesome. Our captain, Nadim, was great! The alligator talk was informative but we expected more interaction with the gators so weren’t impressed with it. Gift shop had a good variety of souvenirs and snacks. Wish we would have had more time to eat and try the gator bites. Our bus driver and guide p(Anthony) were also awesome!

Captain Navim was fantastic- gave a really fun boat tour plus helped my 80yo mom out of the boat with a lot of care. That part was fantastic- the excursion overall, though, was meh. A “gator show” where they packed people into bleachers where we all roasted was not worth it.

Staff was very poor in the main building. A bit disorganized. Nice low speed tour. Needs more speed.

My family and I visited your park and had a nice time. I was a bit disappointed in the air boat ride. I was hoping to see a bit more wildlife but I know you are not in control of that. The few we saw we turned around several times to see them a few times and I found that dizzying.

Ticket area inside SHOP was very disorganized. Advertisement said that they are both go once an hour at the hour. That is not true. They go when they will have them filled up. So we waited for quite some time to take the airboat ride. So an hour and a half later, we took the airboat ride and it was enjoyable. However, they never gave us the paid for ear plugs. Watch your wallets. And when we asked about them, we got the runaround. Consider that your final donation toward your conservation. Unfortunately, we will no longer be sending money to the sanctuary. As it has every opportunity to be a very functioning attraction but ends up making many people angry. There were people who walked away when we were there. In fairness, these were people with younger children. However, I would respectfully advise that you teach staff to treat people in a friendly manner. Not the way we were greeted. They were clearly annoyed when anyone with any group asked a question. Also no animal experience for two hours after ride. Nope!

We went as part of a holiday package so did not know what to expect. It was very commercialised with large airboats carring ariund 30 passangers in each. What thisnis not is a thrill ride, but a slow paced 60minutes looking for nature (which was the best bit). We saw alligators, turtles and numerous birds) Our 'Captain' Justin was great in pointing them out and giving facts. What was not so good were the seats, which after an hour made you about numb in the legs, they also did not offer any ear protection, which with the large engine noise should have at least been an option. The Gator show was interesting, the pitch, slightly uncomofortable in this day and age, but the Gators are clearly well looked after and cared for.
