Had a great experience on the airboat and watching the wildlife show. The staff were great - our guide was funny and informative, and the alligator handler had us in stitches. Food options on site were good, in both price and quality. The only negative for me was the “photo opportunity” - you could pay to hold a snake or a baby alligator (or both) with their jaws taped shut which doesn’t sit right with me - but that it just my personal opinion and there was no issue just passing it by.

This experience is worth the trouble if you have a flexible schedule and are open to a touristic experience to see alligators with minimal focus on other birds and animals in the Everglades. The website states boats depart every 20 minutes, implying that you will have a short wait to board a boat, but we were forced to wait for over an hour to board a boat while the Park catered to large tour groups that arrived well after we did. Staff at the ticket desk confirmed that the Park prioritizes tours over other customers, no matter when they arrive. This is a common complaint in reviews, and the management has clearly not addressed this issue or been transparent about it on the website. Try to avoid the "wrestling show" and tour of caged animals that are clearly inadequately accommodated and suffering from zoochosis. (Another repetitive concern expressed in reviews and not addressed by ownership.) This is supposedly included in the price of the ticket, but tips to support this disturbing display are solicited from guests. Once we actually got on a boat, we did have a good experience with our captain, Victor, who provided educational information on the Everglades, some of the plants that we could see, and a lot of facts about alligators and their behaviors. He was great at maneuvering the boat so that folks on each side of the boat were able to see the wild life and did so in a way that avoided scaring the alligators. The tour was somewhat less than the 60 minutes as advertised, but did end our time at the Park on a high note.

This was a post cruise excursion that also took us to the airport afterwards. I would have rather just went to the airport to be honest, pretty disappointing excursion. The airboat ride part was over very quickly, you barely even get away from the dock before they turn around and bring you back. You certainly aren't going very far into the Everglades...basically just up one canal and back to the dock down another canal in a line with other airboats. Also, if you aren't seated on the very ends, it is hard to see anything. The roof and cloudy windshield make seeing anything very difficult. Our captain was informative, but wasn't very fun. Very monotone. We did see a few gators, so that was a positive. The gator show was a bigger disappointment, they cram as many people in as they can, and if you don't get a seat, you have to go up and stand on the side and look through metal bars down into the show area. The show itself is the owner just hobbling around from surgery and him making bad tasteless jokes, mostly about the gators eating girl scouts. Then he brings in a young man to "wrestle" the gators, and he berates and puts down the guy the entire show. It's not funny, and very cringy. Overall, I felt its a rip off and tourist trap.

This was supposed to be the end of a great cruise with an included drop off at the airport. What it actually is however is a mess! the gator show had NO seating at all even for my Dad walking with his cane, we ended up standing on the ramp to try and see anything at all. Dad gave up and went back to the front to be able to sit down.Certainly couldn't hear anything the guy was saying, why on earth would you still have people coming in when you know there's nowhere for them to go? Couldn't understand anything that was announced over the loudspeaker, and when we did attempt to get in line for the airboat we were rudely told we had to wait for our group to be called-again couldn't hear it even it it was! never were told what group we were in to begin with. Only after seeing others with the same color sticker from the cruise line did we even try again. The airboat was a challenge to get in but getting out was even worse, Dad and I both ended up crawling back onto the pier and of course he then couldn't get back up and needed help, NO ONE from the park offered to even try, another passenger with the group had to help him. This is not an disabled friendly attraction in the slightest. Even the vending machines didn't work when we tried to get a soda. Don't waste your time or money on this Disorganized, Rude "attraction". At least we did get a ride to the airport, a taxi would have been cheaper!

We rode the airboat The Seminole unfortunately I forgot the name of the captain. It was an awesome trip on the Everglades. The company is well organized. And we got a chance to see the crocodile show. Please do not miss this opportunity I think it is once in a lifetime opportunity.

I asked about a shuttle ride at the ticket desk but wasn’t offered anything. We had to book a $50 Uber to get to it from central Fort Lauderdale?!

The gator show was fun (and a bit scary lol) and the air boat tour was so cool. Captain Jo was amazing and definitely knows her stuff.

My fourth time doing the experience. Always a must when family and friends visit. Spotted 11!!!!!!!!! alligators and a massive iguana. Learn something new everytime. Sad to see water levels so low…
