The driver arrived on time at the Fort Lauderdale cruise port, was patient and professional throughout the ride, and safely took us to Miami Airport. Thanks to his excellent service, we were able to connect smoothly and make it back to New York. Highly recommended!

What a blast. Our captain from Dominican Republic was wonderful. From the beautiful waterways to blue skies. Look underwater for turtles. We were lucky to see 3 alligators. The motor is loud if you sit in the back. Earplugs help but not necessary. Highly recommend for everyone to seniors to young families.

It is a very nice experience. I scheduled pickup time at 1, and received no communication that my actual pick up time was 2:15. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The best time to go is in the AM but we were able to see a few gators!!

Very grateful that they picked us up from the port and took us back to our hotel. Victor, our tour guide was engaging, even when our airboat broke down. They took care of transferring us to another boat very well. Got to see 5 alligators!!

Great for families with kids. It’s scenic, and a great experience to get a little slice of the Everglades and see nature - alligators etc. and the short show afterwards was fun to learn about the gators.

Excellent, Courtney, the manager, his prompt response and clear instructions of where to meet after our cruise, also his arrangements for taking us to the airport and hotels are incredible. Steve , the driver who’s so patient to wait for us at the cruise ports while we were stuck in the terminal. He’s always cheerful and taking care of us to the Everglades park for the airboat ride. He even took our pictures while we were on the boat. We are impressed. We all have fun in the airboat ride, we saw 4 alligators. They are the best tour. I always checked the reviews before I book anything, they are trustworthy and punctual. Even some tour may be cheaper but we are willing to pay a little bit more for this excellent experience with them
