What To Expect
Time For Chopin
The concerts take place in at 20/22, Kanonia str. in a historic townhouse by a small square with an old bell, just behind St. John’s Cathedral. It’s an easy walk from both the Royal Castle and the Old Town Market Square. The project was created with love to Frederic Chopin's music. We created the pleasant place in an old townhouse where we, as the group of professional musicians, will be able to share our interpretations and our understanding of the music of Chopin with our guests. The daily concerts give you the chance to try out in different interpretations, equally inspire both guests, and performers. The project is created by the outstanding pianists with passion to Frederic Chopin's music. The pianists acting in Time for Chopin are the persons who are musically estimated at the uncountable number of the Polish and international competitions and festivals performing in almost whole world.

5.00The concert was beautiful. We had a warm welcome with introductory drink provided. The small concert room approx 50 people was well set out either watch the talented pianist hit the keys or watch the intense emotion and concentration on her face. The grand piano sounded lovely (I was surprised to see each key had 3 strings - the particular make of piano was reported to be Chopins favourite brand). We had a real evocative evening and came away far more appreciative of Chopins composing skills.

5.00This was such a wonderful experience. It lasted about an hour and the small, intimated setting made the music even more beautiful. Definitely recommend. It made me fall in love with Poland even more!

5.00What an amazing experience. This musical is a must do things in your list. Specially ending the long tiring day. The musician was very professional. Audience appreciated it a lot and kept clapping at the end that the musician came back and played a bonus track. Marvelous!! Dress casuals as you would for a dinner date!! And please arrive on time (if you are not an American). There were plenty of people who arrived 10 min late but reception was so polite to sneak them in lol!!

4.00Very friendly team. They provided a beverage and water upon arrival. Intimate art studio setting, (this is not a music performance venue), small crowd was nice. Performer was excellent. Nice way to start a trip in Poland. But don't recommend if jet lagged! Location was relatively easy to find and there is a sign on the wall outside.

5.00A soloist offers an hour of Chopin piano music in a cosy setting in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town, with a short break to enjoy a sip of water or mead. The concert is performed on a 19th century Pleyel piano from France, Chopin's favourite instrument. A really great way to immerse yourself in Polish culture while visiting the city. The pianist was very prepared and gave an engaging performance. A pleasant experience for a different evening, perfect for enjoying Warsaw to the full. Also excellent presenter Pyotr, clear and brilliant. Honest prices, with the possibility of getting a student discount.
