We sent my in-laws to Pasto for their silver wedding anniversary and they really liked the experience with the agency since they received them said they were very friendly that they gave them a lot of information from all the places and that they gave them the time to get to know, they also liked the places where they took them to eat in the end they loved it and according to what they lived definitely when I go I would contract again with them.

Service, attention and care of the guides are phenomenal. Knowledge of the history and places we visit, culture, traditions, make the experience more intense and enjoyable. If you choose the three-day tour, the guides will make you feel like family and always take care that you have a great time. Don Luis the history guide was great; Fabian most took us to a super restaurant and integrated us into the culture and history of Pasto and Ecuador; and Nino was very gentle and always attentive equally, integrated us with the group of different nationalities and showed us all the wonder of the Cocha and its history. If you do not know Pasto, we recommend 100% this touch of 3 days. We are Panamanians and usually travel, and this tour is one of the most exciting we have had in Colombia. How beautiful Pasto is!

Each of the three days was amazing! Our tours were personalized by each of our tour guides: Manuel, Nino and Fabian. They share extensive information about each of the places we visited and took us to excellent places to eat. Thanks to them we had an amazing experience visiting that region.

A few days ago I traveled to Pasto with my mom and grandfather, we took the three day plan with Urcunina and it was AMAZING! They are punctual, friendly and very professional. They were completely personalized tours, explained everything very well and fulfilled the proposed itinerary. The best way to meet Nariño, feel his magic and identity. We ate a lot and delicious. Fully recommended!

Excellent tour. The guides very friendly and attentive to the needs of the tourist. An observation would be to leave earlier for the slabs in order to take advantage and be able to make the walks near the basilica.
