3.00Bus was lovely - towns were amazing g . Your guide abysmal. Meeting point confusing - walked 20 mins to actual bus - no seat for one of our party . Lots of chaos and delay - when we got to Brugge - despite extra time delay - no one was allowed to go to the toilet but told to wait u tik end of tour - we had a child with us and an elderly gentleman and others who then missed the tour as Pablo would not wait to let them catch up - would also not tell us the meeting point for the return so that some could have a coffee and not hold up the rest of the party at Ghent . Pablo’s responses were arrogant , argumentative and unhelpful .

5.00It is a charming and extremely beautiful city I found in its square an excellent free tour guide. I work in tourism and I must say that q is one of the best in guided in Spanish. His name is Eduardo Merida and if you want to hire I leave your mobile +32 465 42 33 97esoero be of help guide in Brussels and Bruges. Don’t forget to climb the cathedral tower with great affection are 300 steps that are well worth the view of all Bruges.
