  Oistins is organised chaos. So so glad that we booked with Yvette. Hassle free transfer, reserved tables (rather than having to queue for a very long time). Super busy so maybe not suitable for those with neurodivergence sensitivities.

  Don’t book! We booked and downloaded the ticket with a 6pm pick up, however the supplier sent me a message the day before to advise the pick up was 4.30pm. Being at sea I did not pick up the message until the day of the trip. I then immediately contacted the supplier to advise we couldn’t make the earlier time, some 90 minutes before our contracted agreement due to other plans. I was told to contact Viator to ask for a refund. Spent a great deal of time then messaging Viator whom I had paid trying to get a refund. Viator said they would only refund 50% as I did not respond immediately to the suppliers message, which was impossible as sent when I was out of service at sea. Will be taking further with Viator, not a company I would recommend!

  Yvette’s son, Danny, shuttled me and other tourists from our lodging. I was the first to be picked up. Danny gave insight to the neighborhoods we were passing to pick up the other tourists. He was timely and we also got to meet Yvette at Oistins: When you get there and after your meal (self pay), you can browse local vendors but remember to bring cash! Group pickup / drop off is included with your purchase, meaning we all ride together. Keep that in mind if you decide to trail off because you’re having too much fun. You meet at a designated spot that the tour guide will show you around 8:15/8:30PM. A beverage of your choice, which the guide will list off is included as well with your ticket.

  What I liked most about this experience was the simplicity of pick-up and drop off. Communication was easy and Yvette was prompt to respond. Danny was friendly and easy to talk to. They provided knowledge with how to make the best of our night without hovering around us by showing us the exact meet up spot of where we could find them is we needed anything! We were able to enjoy this experience without any worries! It was such a great experience, and we are SO happy we chose Terrevette!!

  Very hard to Explain Oistins. Total chaos springs to mind ( but in a nice way ). Probably more enjoyable if you're in your early 20s and not in your late 60s. So glad we reserved tables for our group of 7 as the amount of people queuing to dine was at one point over 30. Yvette ( our guide and taxi driver) was very attentive and ensured we were all fed and watered..

  The Oistins experience was lovely. We enjoyed the nightlife and the food, but what made this experience 10/10 in our books was Ms. Yvette and her team. To make sure we got there in time they picked us up from the airport and took us go our hotel, waited for us to check in and then took us over to Oistins, this service came at an extra minimal charge which included taking us back to the airport. Leading up to our trip, Ms. Yvette kept in contact and kept us updated, which really put my mind at ease. The entire team that we came into contact with was pleasant and charming and well organized. Would definitely recommend this experience and any other experience this company offers, and we'll definitely be using their services in future visits

  The pick up was perfect and Yvette kept in contact with us via whatsapp. Didn’t know what to expect but was surprised. We did think it might be street food and not sit in restaurant style but it was very enjoyable and we were well looked after

  This was a great experience. Our guide did a good job and was customer service friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. The live DJ and music was fantastic. The beach was beautiful. However, the recommended dessert place was not good and the rum cake was not rum cake. It was too dense and too heavy to be rum cake. It was not light and not a sponge cake like rum cake. It was more Jamaican Toto and not rum cake. I do not recommend the dessert place for rum cake. I do recommend this experience.

  “Yvette was absolutely amazing with communication—both before and after the excursion—which made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was even better than we imagined. Oistins Fish Fry is truly the place to be in Barbados! If you have time, definitely try the surf lessons with Yvette’s son and take advantage of their super convenient taxi service. We loved every moment and can’t recommend it enough!”

  Yvette communicated extremely well. Both before and after the excursion! Mood and food were good beyond expectations. Oiston’s Fishmarket is The Place to be! Also try the surfing lessons (son of Yvette).....
