1.00Complete scam. Book elsewhere. Before booking, we messaged the operator and asked if it was a small group and what the maximum number of people in the group would be and she told us maximum was FIVE people. She changed the tour time, the day before, from 11:30am to 2:30pm (which we accommodated & did not complain about) & then we arrived to find ourselves in a group of THIRTY people. So basically she lied & charged us for a small group so we ended up paying more than 3 times what other group tickets cost. When we complained to Viator, we were issued only a $30 refund vs $480 ticket price. NOT a fair amount for the poor faith of the operator. Separately - the tour guide (NOT affiliated with this operator) was lovely.
If you want to best experience ask for Silvana!!!
