We had a great Time with Chi! The visit was very informative, she gave us a lot of information on Manila’s history, and she kept our attention throughout the tour with her good mood! The bike tour itself is very easy and can be done even of you are not a seasoned cyclist!!

Very informative tour of Intramuros. No safety issues since there is a second guide who is stopping the traffic when you are turning or crossing roads.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were not accommodating at all. We were instructed to scan a QR code to access and review the waiver, but it wasn’t loading despite having strong internet and signal. We politely asked if there was another way to view or access the waiver (like a direct link), but we were told, “Yan na po yung waiver. Di kayo pwedeng magrenta if di niyo yan maaccess.” Instead of helping us find a solution, they just left us hanging. One staff member (a tall guy with long hair) was particularly dismissive. What made it worse was seeing how they treated other customers. Two foreign women arrived, and suddenly the staff became very attentive and accommodating. We later found out—too late, while already on our way home—that there is actually a website where the waiver can be accessed. This could have easily solved the issue if they had just informed us. I was really excited since it was my first time in Intramuros, but the poor service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not recommended based on how they treat customers.

I had a nice experience with Bambike! It was an easy and quick process to check in and the tour worked out great! I want to specially mention Josh, our guide, who did an outstanding job! He was sweet, very knowledgeable, professional, and always had a great sense of humor and attitude, in spite of the heat that day! I can tell he loves and respects his job!

Wonderful experience with lots information. Just one small recommendation is for the tour guide to talk a bit slower

The bike tour was such a wonderful way to explore Intramuros. We started at Casa Manila and I think we went to about 7 or 8 stops, including several churches and Fort Santiago. At each stop we got to walk around and explore. Our guide, Kyla, was extremely knowledgeable and was great at answering questions. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was very engaging. I was a little nervous riding across intersections, but the company does a great job navigating traffic and making sure all attendees cross safely.

We are a couple from Manchester, UK, and we cannot recommend the Bambike Ecotours bamboo bike experience in Intramuros highly enough – it was genuinely one of the most unique, fun and memorable excursions we’ve ever done in the Philippines. From the moment our wonderful guide Justine greeted us with a warm smile at the Casa Manila meeting point and helped us choose our handmade bamboo bikes, we knew we were in for something special. Justine was an absolute star – the perfect Bambassador! His knowledge of Manila’s Spanish colonial history is encyclopedic, but what really stood out was how he brought the old walled city to life with such enthusiasm, humour and genuine passion. Pedalling through the cobbled streets and along the ancient walls felt magical, and Justine made every stop fascinating. At Fort Santiago he shared moving stories of its dramatic past that gave us goosebumps, while at Manila Cathedral and the beautiful plazas he pointed out little details we would have completely missed on our own. He kept the pace relaxed and safe, made sure we all stayed together in our small group, and was so patient with our questions and photo stops. The bamboo bikes themselves were brilliant – sturdy, surprisingly comfortable and such a lovely eco-friendly touch. Justine was brilliant at giving tips on the ride and even cracked a few jokes to keep everyone smiling through the heat. We loved the little extras too: plenty of filtered water refills, a refreshing cold towel at the end, and that surprise local ice cream treat which hit the spot perfectly. Everything ran like clockwork from start to finish – professional, safe, and with that personal touch that made the whole day feel like a lovely adventure with a friend rather than just another tour. Five-star service and a five-star experience all the way. If you’re in Manila, do not miss this! It’s the best way to see the historic heart of the city. Thank you so much, Justine – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were very impressed by Prime’s hospitality, knowledge, politeness and consideration of the kids in the group. We would definitely recommend this for families with children old enough to bike.

This was one of our favorite experiences in the Philippines. Not only do you get to learn about one the oldest regions in the Philippines but it is put together in a way that is captivating and fun. Not to mention it is supporting a company that is both passionate about what they do, educating its customers and providing jobs to people who wouldn't otherwise have them. Chi, our guide, is very knowledgeable and passionate about Intramuros, and the Philippines as a whole. They also make sure everyone is safe the whole time. They are awesome, we highly recommend doing this.
