This was the highlight of our stay in Bangkok! Fluke was an incredible tour guide. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The boxing instructors were also great to work with. We got in a very good workout & ate a ton of delicious local food. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff were great , right after the booking they were in touch with me about the timing and pickup location, and they offered me a pickup from my hotel in pattaya all the way to their gym , the cost of this was significantly cheaper than what GrabTaxi was offering. The actual workout session was good , reasonably intense , we got to go inside the ring and hit the pads a lot. There were multiple trainers so each of us got individual attention . After the gym we tried out some local thai cuisine , followed by a visit to actual muay thai fight - this was probably the highlight of the tour , we got to see 7-8 matches total , along with a chance to go backstage and meet some of the fighters . It was great having such an exposure to the Muay thai culture , would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see different aspects of Muay thai .

This experience absolutely blew me away, and is clearly an out sized value for what I got! If you want to immerse yourself in one of the core pieces of Thai culture, this experience is a must do, especially if can carve a day out on a weekend. The moment I met Ohm, he made me feel like I am meeting up a good friend, who made me feel instantly comfortable. He was very thoughtful about checking in with me, making sure the pace was right, or if I had questions, or any other needs. The experience itself is one, that I personally feel cannot be duplicated by yourself, because it is all in the details, the context, the background, the history and the stories, that bring it all together. You walk away with an appreciation of Muay Thai, that goes far beyond what you see in the ring, as it is the journey to get to that point which is fascinating. You are fully immersed in a day in the life of a Muay Thai fighter, and you walk away feeling humbled at how challenging it is, and not for the faint of heart. I consider myself fairly athletic, and wanted to do the training as a normal fighter would (which I don't expect most people would), and I tell you, I walked away with a new sense of respect for the fighters who were training there. While there are many things you could do during your trip to Thailand, this one will truly be a unique experience that you will remember for a lifetime, so HIGHLY recommend!
