5.00We had the pleasure of having Ari as our tour guide for 3 days in Bali and we couldn't have asked for a better guide to show us the best and most beautiful sights of Bali. Ari was always punctual, pleasant and most professional in every way. We listed all the sights that we wanted to visit for the 3 days in Bali and then Ari helped map out a perfect itinerary so we could cover all our wishes on the list right up to the last minute, making sure to make the most of each day. Ari made us feel comfortable at all times and never left our side. He ensured that we were well taken care off, he guided us whenever we needed tickets or if we needed to get offerings for the temples or even how to go through the process at the water temple. we never felt lost or unsure of anything as he always explained things to us before hand. He became our personal photographer taking out the most amazing photos and videos for us. This has been an amazing and one of our most memorable holidays. 5.00Rudi was an amazing driver. He took us to all the waterfalls our hearts could desire. Waited patiently while we enjoyed our day. He also took us for a bonus coffee tasting at the end of the day, which put us at an 11hr day. He was very kind! 10/10 would recommend Rudi!

5.00Highly recommend, our driver Putu was fantastic! He was so friendly and accommodating. His English was great which made for great conversation, and he was amazing at navigating the roads and traffic, we felt very comfortable. Booking a driver for the day was great to make sure we were able to get to and from where we wanted with ease, especially where signal wasn’t great. Definitely recommend driver Putu!
Stuck in Bali Traffic while Touring

3.00The driver supplied did not speak very good English. This made it hard to plan the tour and I got little information about the temples and locations visited. The trip went for 8 hours of which over 5 hours was spent driving around in heavy traffic. We spent a hour stuck in a village where nothing moved. Driving around in Bali is a real problem. Due to traffic issues I was only able to see three sights reasonably close together. I did get to see Tanah Lot, the rice fields and Ulun Brature. The driver then suggested we return to Kuta early afternoon because of a three hour return journey. It seems impossible to execute a more expansive tour day because of traffic problems. It would be have been better to start any touring closer to the mountains. The whole tour could only be considered average value for money and tge time spent on the road.

He was always punctual, arriving on time, making our trip completely stress-free. His driving was safe and comfortable, even on Bali's narrow roads. What really set him apart was his attention to detail and excellent planning. He helped arrange the timing of each stop perfectly, and make the most of every day. His local knowledge was invaluable, and he was always flexible when we wanted to adjust our plans. He was also an outstanding photographer. He knew exactly where the best photo spots were and patiently helped us take many beautiful pictures throughout the trip. Some of our favorite memories from Bali came from the photos he helped create. Most importantly, he was friendly, reliable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the tour. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali. If we return to Bali in the future, we would not hesitate to book him again. Thank you Murdita for helping make our Bali trip so memorable!

5.00The company was prompt in responding to my inquiries and helpful in making itinerary suggestions. Like many places in Bali, the preferred mode of correspondence is via WhatsApp, which makes it convenient for sending location information and pictures if needed. The vehicle for our group of 8 people was a clean, newer vehicle that was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fantastically. Our guide, Mr. Wira, was friendly, informative, and made sure to check in with out traveling preferences. Mr. Wira was enjoyable to talk with and cheerfully honored our requests. It was no problem extending the time in our tour for a reasonable rate of 5 USD extra per hour. We were fortunate to have the wonderful Mr. Wira for both of our two days of touring around Bali. Overall, I highly recommend using this company, as it makes transport worry-free as you go sightseeing through Bail.
