Wow!! Trying to put into words what this Ghana Pilgrimage meant to me. This journey was made possible through the connection and organization of HAUSA TOURS! Ghana’s #1 tour company and will be the only team I trust and recommend when visiting the beautiful country of Ghana 🇬🇭 and West Africa! My experience in Ghana was much more than a trip. It was a ‘Welcome Home’ experience of a lifetime that we will carry in our hearts forever. Nawaru Fuseini and team with Hausa Tours did an exceptional job taking care of us. They were extremely professional, culturally knowledgeable and welcoming from the beginning. From the moment we stepped off the plane, to the moment we departed, we felt safe & cared for, like we were family. We traveled with a group of 26 and every experience felt curated and tailored just for us. Our stay was jammed packed and filled with spiritual and cultural structured experiences allowing us to truly engage in the communities and villages visited. Activities included cultural site visits, arts & crafts markets, culinarily experiences, church & school visit and an immersive trip to Easterern Region. This team knows how to have fun!! We laughed, cried, danced, sang, laughed some more and slept very little😆. As any journey goes, everything does not always go as expected. This is when you are able to truly see the character and professionalism of the company you are using. In those times, Regina and the Hausa Tours team made sure those in need received VIP care throughout tour their care. This was truly above and beyond, and totally unexpected..and the whole time with nothing but prayers, smiles, love and professionalism from the team. You just don’t get this kind of service from any tour company. They are SPECIAL and servants of God. I’ve traveled quite a bit and have never experienced a tour company that worked within their individual gifts like Fuseini, Regina, JahSolo, Kofi, Modesta, Richard and team! Fuseini has brought together a PHENOMENAL team of caring, compassionate, funny, energetic, and patient people! As the time drew near for us to say our farewells, there were genuine tears shed, because we had become family! We bonded day one; well before the traditional Ghanaian naming ceremony! Before the plane lifted up on departure day, I already knew I'm planning to return! I LOVE YOU ALL @HAUSA TOURS. Special thanks @Pastor Williams for your guidance, patience and love in bringing us all together for this special Pilgrimage journey to Ghana 🇬🇭!

I had an outstanding experience touring Ghana, Togo and Benin with Hausa Tours from October 28 through November 12, 2025. The customer service and attention to detail were exceptional in every way. Each member of the team felt like family. The sites we visited all held great cultural and historic significance for me and others on the trip. The tour guides at each stop were very knowledgeable and informative. I especially enjoyed Mr. Fuseini Nawaru's traditional stories, sharing of cultural norms and practices, and pointing out and sharing about sites along the way as we traveled by bus. Each hotel we stayed in was well-appointed and beautiful. The food was delicious and nourishing. I was able to enjoy a wide variety of local foods on my mostly vegan diet. I experienced a minor medical emergency while in Ghana, and the Hausa Tours team made sure I got great care. I deeply appreciated that a team member was with me every step of the way. I have to say again that the customer focus and attention to every possible detail far exceeded my hopes and expectations. I can't imagine traveling in Africa with any other tour company. I highly recommend Hausa Tours for anyone looking to receive a deep culturally significant travel experience in Ghana and in the other African countries Hausa Tours leads travel in. I completely understand why Fuseini Nawaru of Hausa Tours won Eastern Region Tour Guide of the year 2 years in a row! Thank you Fuseini and team!

Fuseini and his group were simply incredibly. They were professional, caring, attentive, and responsive to every detail no matter how large or small, and made sure our experience was fun and one we won't soon forget. They definitely over delivered and surpassed all of our expectations. Besides the tours, history lessons, and cultural stories, Fuseini and his team helped with food choices, shopping, transportation, and luggage. I highly recommend Hausa Tours without hesitation or reservation.

I had a wonderful time on my tour with Hausa Tours! They are a very professional company and did an excellent job in showing us around the country and translating for us when necessary. Being from Ghana, they have a very extensive knowledge of the culture and made sure that we visited and supported Ghana owned businesses and local communities. I highly recommend them!!

So Grateful to have experienced Ghana through the eyes of these two Judi Dunn of GhannaBoundToday and Fuseini of Hausa tours. They put together an educational and immersive experience. Both educators with an eye for authenticity. I highly recommend tours like this for people who love to learn. This is “NOT” a tour for people who think highly of themselves as Americans. This a journey to the land of all origins and a previous slave trade demarcation. Ghana’s connection to the people of color in the Americas and the Caribbean is being taught here. We have to connect to Africa in the same way, by linking the two histories. “I am not African because I was born in Africa, but because Africa was born in me.” Kwame Nkrumah
