This was a great way to see the city of Lugano without committing much time. It provided a great perspective on the history and things to do while visiting. Our guide Florane was fantastic and provided tons of quirky details we would've completely missed, like those weird little architectural mash-ups where Italian and Swiss styles collide. The pace was perfect and casual enough to take photos and ask questions, but we still felt like we covered the whole city. Do this tour early in your trip, it'll give you so many ideas for places to revisit later. Florane also recommended restaurants, activities, and other things to do if needed!

We had an engaging tour and conversation with our exceptional guide Florane/Fiona. She took us to several notable locations and told us of many more. We also enjoyed hearing about good restaurant options as well as the museums and other attractions available in the area.

We had a great tour of Lugano through Viator. Our guide Tej, went above and beyond explaining the history and sites of the city. It really gave us a better understanding of Lugano and its relationship to both Switzerland and Italy.

Tash (sp?) was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. The walking tour was quite a bit longer than described which was fine. We saw enough of the city to get us started on our vacation here, and were able to find our way around easily afterwards. Tash also sent us an email after, including plenty of suggestions of things to do in and around Lugano.
