What To Expect
you will be ride on the longboat up stream to the Ulu Temburong National Park, after register at National Park HQ, you will be trekking up 1000+ steps to Canopy Tower to have a beautiful view of pristine rainforest and explore the waterfall (Natural Fish Spa). Rafting or kayak activities on the way back to lodge. Lunch will be served on the riverbank at Rainforest lodge.

5.00We did the canopy combo tour, including the rafting, and it was so much fun! Pickup was prompt at our hotel, and we were warmly greeted at the lodge and provided with a light breakfast before heading out in the longboats (my favorite part). Once arrived to the national park, we hiked up around 1000 steps to the canopy walkway, which had amazing jungle views. Afterwards, we took the longboats back towards the lodge, with first hopping out on the raft, where we continued about 10 minutes back, where we had a nice lunch. Well worth the price paid! My only complaint is that our tour guide said she would send us the photos from the tour, but we never got them even after contacted Freme afterwards. The communication doesn't seem to be their strong suit, but the tour itself was wonderful

1.00This agency asked me to be ready at the hotel entrance at least 5-10mins before 7:15am to get pick-up by the tour bus. But the driver/tour guide were late for 30 mins to pick me up due to "miscommunication" (NOT because of other participants being late, as the only participants before me were a punctural japanese couple), and nobody inform me earlier they are coming late (despite i have texted the driver at 7:20am!!) and i kept standing & waiting at the hotel entrace since 7:10am. Very poor managment. I have joined many day tours (in other countries) before and they were all punctural. You better join another travel agnecy.

5.00Great day. Nice small friendly group and Eva our guide was so nice. Lucky with the weather. My husband climbed to the top of the tower, it was a bit hard for me. Cooled off at the waterfall then rafting to finish. Great fun!
