Building on from our standard Oxford University & City Tour (the single highest reviewed tour of Oxford) comes this extended version, which includes visiting multiple Colleges and guarantees entrance into Christ Church; allowing you to visit one of the most famous Colleges at Oxford University. Coupled with entering the Bodleian Library, this is has been designed as the ultimate Oxford experience, from the highest rated tour companies in Oxford.
Often mistaken for being the entire Oxford University, Christ Church is not only one of the largest colleges but certainly the most famous. From its links to royalty, and one of the most significant film sites for Harry Potter in England; make the best of your time in Oxford with this extended tour.
In addition to this we will be entering another historic College at the University, various parts of the Bodleian Library, along with covering the most iconic sites of the University spread around the city centre.

At Christ Church, your guide will provide an in-depth external overview before you enter independently with a multimedia headset created by the Christ Church team.
During peak season (June–August), access to the Divinity School is extremely limited due to frequent closures and high demand, and may not be included in the tour. While some companies may claim otherwise, we prefer to be honest upfront rather than risk disappointment on the day. We will substitute this site with another College entrance, if not available on your day.
If you select Pickup option (the more expensive one) the meeting point will be the London address (Gloucester Road Tube Station), otherwise its the Oxford one (15 Broad Street, Oxford)

George's humor and personal experience while describing student life in general from the perspective of tradition and History was engaging. And he brought Oxford history to the present illuminating it's role in current primarily social issues. Not all what you might have guessed.

Our tour guide, a recent Oxford pHD grad, provided insightful background history of Oxford in addition to particulars of the buildings. We learned a lot and saw all our"must see" places! Highly recommend this tour!

We toured Oxford today with our guide, Will, and he was fantastic. He was funny, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel personal. The tour felt less like a history lecture and more like a genuinely enjoyable conversation through Oxford. Highly recommend booking with Will if you want an engaging and memorable tour.

The tour was great, the guide's anecdotes from her days as a doctoral student were amusing, I enjoyed greatly.

Will, a. PHD candidate from Pennsylvania, thoroughly entertained us with the background and stories about Oxford University. It is unlike any university I have visited in the United States. Of course, the history is long and and rich. Both my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.

The history was fascinating, but the extra little stories that our guide, Will, told us made the whole experience come alive. University is so unique, especially coming from the states.

If you are planning a trip to Oxford, this tour needs to be at the top of your list. From the start, Delaney was most helpful in coordinating our private tour to suit our itinerary and interests. Our tour with our guide, Rohit, was one of the most memorable experiences in our travels!! Rohit brought Oxford “to life” with his stories of the history of the university and student life. When friends ask: “ How was your trip to England?” , we begin with the Rohit’s stories of Oxford. I could go on and on about the value of this tour. We have traveled to many countries, have had many different tours, this was THE BEST - not ONE of the best - THE BEST!! Our only regret - it was a 3 hour tour and we left wishing we could have spent more time learning about the university, it’s history, it’s museums with Rohit.
