5.00That long snowmobile ride through the snowy forest was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, and the whole activity was well organized. Our kid also enjoyed ridide the small snowmobile after the experience, though there were just 2 snowmobiles for a dozen kids, so short rides. But she still enjoyed it a lot !

5.00Tour guide Alexander was great, good experience even in -20 conditions. Kids lived it .Only thing i would change is id put their socks supplied ontop of my own and not instead of my own 😂

5.00Today we did this excursion. And what fun it was! Child was safely in the sled behind the guide's scooter. We had a snowmobile. And what a beautiful setting. During the stops plenty of snow fun and the guide happily joined in. Sincerely a very nice and nice man who is very suitable for this job!! Enjoyed with capital letters! What a must

5.00What a brilliant tour with Aime and Allu! They were such attentive guides and they showed us the stunning Finnish forests on snowmobiles. The tour felt really safe, and the kids loved playing in the snow and trying out the mini snowmobiles at the end. Highly recommended.

5.00Excellent organization The ride lasts 30-45min around the lake then in the forest The children are a small heated train driven by the guide in front of the parents They were able to mm make mini snowmobile ala fine with glog and cakes waiting for his turn The staff is attentive and kind Cetait perfect All the resort Appuka is excellent

1.00We booked through Viator weeks in advance to our trip. The day of the activity our tour was at 12, pick up per the app was 11:10. We went to the pick up point per the pin drop provided on the app. By 11:30 we called Appuka resort & explained we had still not been collected to which they advised the bus had left. The bus was gone by 11:13, 3 minutes wait time is all they gave. The pick up point was one street up & not the location that was provided to us on the app. As we are from Ireland & do not know the locations/ streets, we stood at the exact location given to us. We stood for over an hour with two young children, one with a disability whilst calling the resort & viator trying to sort it. In the end they told us they could not do anything or give a refund as we missed the bus although it was their app that put us in a wrong location. We were very lucky as another company in Rov city called NordicUnique Travels helped us out last minute as our autistic son had asked for his Christmas present to go snowmobiling , this company were amazing. I would not book through Viator again as one of our other activities was cancelled the day before for huskies. I understand these things happen, however I have had very bad experiences with this company 2 times in 3 days & who they work with. I would suggest using get your guide or book directly. Appuka resort customer service is non existent, considering the prices they charge I would expect a higher level of customer care. Be sure to take screenshot of the location pin they send you, encase you miss the transport & then you can claim refund via bank if you have proof you were at the location at correct time.
