  • A Fast Ferry and a Great Ride

The ferry dock is located within about a short 10-minute walk from the cruise ship dock. There is a restaurant on the dock where you can get a cup of coffee and some food while you wait. The area attached to the restaurant has restrooms and seating available to wait for departure. Making it much more convenient and comfortable than standing on the dock in cold weather. The guide was great and told us some facts about the area as we sailed and prepared us to be ready to take photos at certain times. There was plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view out of large windows. There were also some tables with seats to use to play games.

Cold rainy day when we took the ferry over from Skagway. We are familiar with ferries in Seattle and this ferry was a better passenger experience. Strongly recommend.
