  Our day with Carlos was fantastic! I would highly recommend this full day trip to see three very different and amazing sites.   We had such a wonderful day!! The service is excellent from A to Z. Our driver/guide was a very kind person, he had a perfect knowledge of english, a good knowledge of history, he’s professional and loves his job. On our way to Fatima we had several stops on beautiful spots. I can highly recommend this tour and not to forget the company who made this happen: “Seconds and Minutes private transports”.. and a special thumbs up for Antonio Maia who’s the best coördinator ever..

  I am a travel agent in Brazil and today I come to give my report more than deserved to Seconds and Minutes. Nothing I can say here is right to the VIP Processing we received in Portugal. This treatment began immediately in the first contact with António, via e-mail. Right at the beginning of the budgets, he already drew my attention for the availability of the care and cordiality with which he has treated me since always. This, of course, not to mention the speed of the answers in his care, always available and inquisitive, regardless of the time. This time I was not working, I went to Lisbon on vacation to take my grandmother to meet Fatima - which was a big childhood dream. Already in Portugal, the team always providing assistance in all possible ways. On the day of the tour, it was raining and punctuality was already the first point for them.In addition, a beautiful, comfortable car, very clean, smelly and with water and wifi. Who led our tour was Fabíola. Sensational attention, punctuality and a lot of safety in the direction. He took care of us like he takes care of his own family. My grandmother has hearing problems, and she was impeccable in this respect as well. I always talked to my grandmother and pulled a matter with her so she could feel comfortable. Still in the car on the way to Fatima, a journey in history told by those who studied and prepared a lot for it. The Processing was so amazing that the Enterprise provided us with something far beyond the value ($$) we paid. They had patience with our time (I really like to take all the photos possible and my grandmother walks slowly... they respected that all the time, even more than you think). Anyway... Do you know when you like something so much that you want to pay more than the combined value, as much as the Enterprise deserves?! So! We chose Seconds and minutes primarily to escape the crowded groups and quick tours that do not provide complete knowledge about the place and not enough time to know the attractions. We wanted something more personal and with more time to enjoy. In addition to having all our needs met, we had our expectations exceeded. The tour was much more complete than we imagined and was also much more exciting than expected. We will never forget all the extras we received from Fabíola. Competent, qualified, patient, dedicated professional who definitely loves what he does. We are very grateful for everything you provided us with all this affection and a very personal and familiar touch. We love you, the impeccable care in all your senses and I say more: the work you develop is very, very important for people like us. For those who are in doubt about which Enterprise to choose for any tour, here is my indication: Seconds and minutes. The value of the tours is absolutely irrisory when we compare the price and everything we get in return! It is not in vain that certificate of excellence here on tripadvisor and are not in vain all the positive reviews that you most than deserve. I will always indicate to tod@s the work 5 stars from you. Not only as a tourist and travel agent, but, above all, as a human being who gave all of himself to realize someone’s great dream and received a complete overcoming of all expectations.   Portugal was a surprise for us. Not just because of the country itself but because of the VIP Processing we received from Seconds&minutes. This was a surprise: Service, car, punctuality and, above all, people of the first quality.Bruno followed us for most of the 5 days always with a lot of attention and discretion. Andrew, whom I called Fidalgo because he seemed to have left the Palace of Queluz, was also very kind and courteous. Antonio, competent and insistent, makes this Enterprise work. We love traveling with them. Super-recommend.

  Super indico , first contact with Bia , I was sad for her being on holiday in Brazil , plus our guide was wonderful ANDRE ANTUNES , polite , attentive , helpful , I loved all the tours we did , want to come back and sure with you family SECONDS, qualified Enterprise and with wonderful guides (especially ANDRE ANTUNES )
