Was looking forward to this for ages. The show itself is absolutely great, very funny with great acting but the food was horrendous, the only bit that was even partly enjoyable was the dessert, the soup and the “chicken’’ if I offered those to my dog he would refuse to eat it. Highly recommend the show but keep your expectations very low in terms of the food.

This was the worst food experience I think I have ever had, including school dinners from the 90’s in that summary. At £90 per ticket, I was served tomato soup by a waiter who plonked the bowl in front of me. The service was disorganised and disjointed with several on our table having eaten their starter whilst I continued to wait. My main course was the vegan option of vegetarian lasagne, how bad could it be? Turns out that bad I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. It looked like nothing I have ever seen before and in fact the sight of it turned my stomach. There was some token broccoli on the side which was just odd. The chocolate torte was described my a friend who ate it for me as ‘overly rich’. I wasn’t expecting great food, but honestly this surpassed all expectations but in the wrong direction. I left feeling utterly ripped off, sick and annoyed! The show was ok, good fun and silly but the food spoilt it. For the price, go to the theatre!

This is a difficult review! There were only three members of staff in the cast and they were amazing but there were intervals where we were left with no entertainment at all. Sadly the biggest let down was the terrible food. I totally understand that the experience wasn’t about the food but I expect a standard, the food was cold and to be honest old school dinner standards. The cast finale was before deserts were served and we didn’t even have a coffee offered at the end of our dining experience. Would I recommend sadly no. This could be an amazing experience with actually very little thought to the changes needed to make this a 5* experience. Such a shame and it would be amazing if the right person listening and makes a difference.

Absolutely hilarious and clever comedy! Basil manuel and Sybil were stunning and created a friendly atmosphere with all the guests! The eccentric Basil, the Dragon lady and the waiter from Barcelona, got us laughing for whole 2 hours ! The food was great too ! A must go show

Very British. The locals who grew up Faulty Towers seemed to soothe humor more. The food was ok( chicken leg with veggies) but hardly worth the price

⭐️⭐️ 2 Stars – Disappointing Evening Despite Great Potential We booked our tickets 11 months ago and were really looking forward to the evening. Unfortunately, we left early — disappointed and still hungry. Positives: What we did hear of the performance was very funny, and the cast seemed talented. Negatives: The actors weren’t wearing microphones, so whenever they weren’t facing our side of the room, we could barely hear them and missed a lot of the jokes. The wine was warm — the first time I’ve ever left wine unfinished! The food was very disappointing. The tomato and basil soup was served lukewarm and tasted like passata. The main course — chicken breast in tomato and vegetable sauce with potato — was dry and inedible, and the potato was undercooked. Dessert never arrived as they’d forgotten to take it out of the freezer. Overall, the evening was a letdown. It has the potential to be very good with a few key changes — better sound (microphones), a revised menu, and improved food preparation.

Fun experience but food is marginal. We laughed a lot but the food was dry chicken, tomato soup and a dessert. Go have fun but do not go and expect good food.

Absolute hoot! Three generations, out for Grandads 75th birthday and we had a fantastic night. Now we know what it must have felt like to stay at Fawlty Towers. Imersive entertainment at its best. Be prepared to laugh, and duck!

This was a huge hoot. The actors had their parts down to a”T”. Lots of laughs and great fun. A good time and great food. Actors mingled with the guests for added fun. Worth it especially if you’re a Fawlty Towers fan.
