Brilliant and funny and wonderful! Really well done! They stayed true to the series. The actors were amazing. Great audience interaction and lots of laughs

I booked this as a birthday treat for my husband, with our friends and daughters. It was absolutely brilliant, the actors were hilarious and did an amazing job. Even our daughters who have never seen the program loved it.

I had no real idea of what to expect--but it was humorous from start to finish. Lots of imp rave and audience interaction. Food was tasty and plenty of it.

Awful Customer Service from an Immoral Company I booked tickets for vulnerable family members believing they were for that evening, as we'd used a search platform for events that day. Within 30 seconds of booking, I realised the platform had suggested an event for that evening but the tickets were actually for 8 days later. Within 3 minutes of purchase, I emailed requesting a refund, explaining we were only in London that weekend and leaving the country within days, making it impossible to attend on any date. Despite contacting them immediately - before any service was provided or costs incurred - they refused a refund and only offered a date transfer, which was useless given I'd explicitly stated we were leaving the UK. Hiding behind a blanket "no refund" policy when a customer contacts you within minutes of a genuine booking error is appalling customer service. Reasonable, decent human beings and business would show flexibility when contacted instantly with a valid reason. They chose profit over basic decency. Avoid.

We were underwhelmed by this experience. We’ve been to a similar event in Southampton which was brilliant, so we had high hopes. We did have a laugh and were very happy to join in — we’re always up for a bit of fun — but the overall atmosphere and ambience were poor, as was the way the tables were laid out. Basil and Manuel were good, but it was very difficult to hear Sybil at all. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken was pale with very little meat, the potatoes were tiny and hard, and we had one sprout (cut in half), alongside what tasted like tinned carrots and a very small piece of parsnip. This was topped with a soggy Yorkshire pudding and thin gravy. The Christmas pudding wasn’t much better — solid and barely warm. The ending was also quite bizarre. The actors left the room and everyone was unsure whether dessert was still coming or if the show had finished. Then we were simply asked to leave. The whole thing started at 7:40pm and by 9:15pm we were being ushered out. Another frustration was that we couldn’t order drinks during the meal. Overall, we were disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this event.

We laughed so much our jaws ached. Actors did an incredible job. Food was only ok but entertainment made up for that.

We all loved it. Very funny. They reimagined many of my favorite moments. The actors were perfect. They must really be committed to their art.

Sadly, the food was dire, there were only three actors who mainly stayed at the very front of the room (we expected something more immersive) and the experience involved random disjointed segments of script. The St Albans version was really nothing like the rave reviews we read so much about

Fantastic experience, hilarious. The actors were fantastic, with the Fawlty Towers set pieces, a few extra comedy and diner involvement. Well worth it
