Medina of Fez
Our 3 day desert tour from Fes to Marrakech starts by picking all the travelers from a meeting point in the Medina of Fes.
Ifrane National Park
Our first destination will be Ifrane, also called the Switzerland of Morocco because of its gabled roof houses. We will stop here for a short walk. The city was established by the French administration in 1928 to escape from the heat of the Sahara desert.
Azrou Cedar Forest
After stopping in Ifrane, we will carry on driving across the Middle Atlas Mountains with a stop by the road in a Cedar forest, where we may get to see a monkey species native to the Atlas Mountains.
After having lunch in a restaurant somewhere along the way, we will continue our journey to Merzouga. On the way, we will stop for a panoramic view of an Oasis that is full of palm trees.
Merzouga Desert
We will reach the Merzouga desert in the afternoon. Here, you will get to ride camels across huge sand dunes to your luxury desert camp. It will take you about an hour and 30 minutes of camel trekking. On the way, you will stop in a high dune to watch a peaceful sunset over Erg Chebbi dunes. You can also reach the camp by a 4x4 vehicle instead of riding camels (included in the price too!). Once you get to the camp, the staff will show you your private tents. After a delicious dinner, you can enjoy having a seat around a campfire while the staff is playing drums and singing some traditional Berber music. Enjoy watching a starry sky before getting to bed.

Merzouga Desert
Today, waking up early for the sunrise is highly recommended to watch a glorious sunrise. After having a tasty breakfast in the camp, each one can choose between leaving the camp by camel again or by a 4x4 car. This morning, you can also choose to add another activities, which is quad biking or buggy driving (it is with an additional price). Please let your guide know at night if you are interested.
Souqs of Rissani
If today happens to be Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday, we will stop in Rissani to experience what a traditional Moroccan souk feels like. The souk is just three days a week. The city is also the foundation of the current ruling family of Morocco!
Todra Gorge
After exploring the ancient city of Rissani, we will drive to Todra Canyon, which is the deepest canyon in Morocco. It is over 300 meters high cliffs! We will have a walk under this amazing Canyon before driving to our last destination of the day. After visiting Todra Gorge, we will drive to Ouarzazate passing by Kelaat Mgouna, which is known for roses! If your tour is running during springtime, we will stop in a valley that gets full of roses.
Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakech
Ksar Of Ait-Ben-Haddou
Our guide will escort you to visit this ancient Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou while explaining to you its interesting history. The fortified village is a great example of Moroccan architecture. It was once used as a caravanserai during the caravan routes that were crossing the great Sahara Desert. The Kasbah is featured in many famous films and TV series, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and many more.
High Atlas
After exploring the Kasbah, we will drive to Marrakech over the High Atlas Mountains. We will have some stops along the way for some breathtaking views.
Marrakech Train Station
We will reach Marrakech in the late afternoon. Drop you off at the closest point accessible by car to your Hotel/Riad. End of your 3 days desert tour from Fes to Marrakech.

5.00Addi gave us much more than visits to the most emblematic places in Morocco, he conveyed his love for his culture and his country. It was a real luxury to travel with him, he took care that everything went perfect and we have no problem or concern, everything was very careful, the transfers always on time, the beautiful hotels, the camp in the spectacular desert, the delicious food, the local guides with good command of Spanish and well willing to tour and show. Addi was in constant contact with us and answered each of our many questions, which were deepening as he explained everything and we wanted to know more. He always advised us. It was a wonderful trip through Chefchaouen, Fez, Merzouga and Marrakech. We feel moved to another world looking at the stars in the desert at night. I definitely recommend traveling with them, because Addi is more than a guide, Addi touches your soul.

5.00Morocco was an amazing trip. We made an 11-day route, arriving in Tangier and traveling all over the country to Taghazout. Every place had its magic; from the Atlas Mountains to the endless sands of the desert—and we all felt safe, cared for and well received. The desert was certainly the most shocking thing. Sleeping under a star-studded sky, listening to absolute silence and watching sunrise between dunes is an experience that marks you out. The drives were long but enjoyed: the driver made everything flow, and we could enjoy the scenery Adi, our guide, was an extraordinary companion: kind, attentive and with a constant smile. It made us feel at home from day one. A good sign of a journey well done is that, when it is over, you miss who accompanied you along the way—and so it was with Adi. I recommend Morocco! a country full of color, hospitality, history and landscapes that change the way you look at the world and above all I recommend living this experience with Adi.
