What To Expect
Your adventure begins with your theory session and shallow-water training, held directly at Casa Cenote, a stunning open cenote surrounded by lush mangroves and crystal-clear water. Once you’re comfortable and ready, you’ll begin your first dive in the cenote — a calm and beautiful environment, perfect for beginners to enjoy their first moments underwater. After a short surface interval to switch tanks, have water, a sandwich, and fresh fruit, your instructor will guide you to your second dive at Cuevitas Reef, located just a short boat ride from Tulum. There, you’ll explore vibrant coral formations and spot tropical fish, turtles, and stingrays in the warm, turquoise Caribbean Sea. At Dive Machine, we are proud to be the only dive school in Playa del Carmen and Tulum designed with Universal Inclusion, offering adaptive scuba programs that allow divers of all abilities to experience the underwater world safely and comfortably. Please note that after diving, you must wait at least 24 hours before flying

5.00Paulina was fantastic. Picked us up at Xcaret promptly, was super friendly and patient with us. We dove twice at Chac Mool, once at Kukulcan and once at Little Brother. Both were absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this (and Paulina!) to anybody interested in diving!

During the two dives in the sea I always felt safe thanks to her! It was a great day! Clear recommendation for anyone who has never dived before.

5.00Hadn't done scuba diving before so as were are on our honeymoon in mexico we decided to book up. Had a fantastic time with the best instructor fonsi. Would highly recommend this company for your scuba diving experience.

5.00Ezequiel was wonderful. We did an initial refresher at the Cenote and explored the cenote and met the local alligator. Then we got on the boat and went to the reef and that was even better. Saw a couple of Rays. Lobsters. Ezequiel was patient and informative. Excellent morning.

5.00The most incredible day diving with the most incredible instructor, Paulina! As a basic diver, Paulina made me feel super comfortable ensuring my sister in law and I fully understood the basics before getting in the water and were able to confidently demonstrate and practise before descending into the water- an experience I haven’t always been met with in the past but is vital for new divers. Our first dive was in a beautiful cenote which was a bucket list experience for me ticked off and the second in the ocean with the most amazing coral reef and marine life. I can definitely say this was the best diving experience I’ve ever had- thank you so much Paulina, you’re a superstar!!
