We booked the VIP area for us and our son. Awful experience. The owner is the rudest person I have met in my life. We refused to stay. The place is very small and they overcrowd it with too many tables, you can barely move. The VIP area is in front of the stage, but tables are put diagonally (the corner towards yourself), though they tell you cannot sit diagonally. Basically you have 1/4 of a table, touching your elbows with strangers and eat distant from the table. When the owner told us that our son was not entitled to a chair and sit on us (even though we booked for two adults and a toddler), that his cars and tablet has to go off the table because the show is for adult and children should not be there, we asked our money back and told him what we thought of him. The owner has been rude all around, I am not going to write here about all the episodes Please go somewhere else where they treat you and your son with respect!!

My wife and are were excited about this being our first activity upon arriving in Spain. Unfortunately, our seats provided us zero line of sight to the stage. We sat behind a column the entire time. :-(

Do not go to this place the owner is very rude and told me to go away in a very rude English term knowing very well what this word meant to English people. I had arranged in advance that I could take my rollator/wheelchair to the 5pm show and my husband would carry it down the stairs for me. I contacted them over WhatsApp and they did not say it was a problem. When we arrived he said no we could not take my rollator/wheelchair into the venue and they offered us a table upstairs by the entrance where we would be forgotten about and we could see the show from the back. I declined as we had arranged in advance and they said it was not a problem. Also the owner said well you can walk and I said that was not the issue and you should have told me I could not bring the rollator/wheelchair. The owner was rude and you NEVER tell anyone to go away in a very rude way and it was very offensive. There are plenty of other flamenco shows in Madrid where you will not be shouted at. Also he chucked us out because I told him he was rude and he began to film me in the street because I was telling people going into the venue that the owner was rude and he said he was also filming me to show people I could walk. AVOID at all costs. This was part of the go city pass so I WILL be getting a refund! The owner also has my go city pass details on booking and used my pass without my permission to show we had attended the show to get the money! Go city have been contacted and I have asked to cancel the visit so the owner receives nothing. Money grabber and rude! Rude owner is in the photo!

The dancers and musicians were excellent, everything else was not. We did not order the meal or drinks in advance with our ticket and therefore we were shuttled to the back of the room, which was unbearably hot, and then ignored for the whole show. We wanted to order drinks but no waiters ever came to our table. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to see a Flamenco show.

This show was beautiful. The dancers skill and ability was impressive. The intensity was incredible and you felt their love for their craft and ability. The tapas we paid for during the show was very good as well. Worth the price to attend.

The show is beautiful, but only 1 hour of show. And they don't dance all the time. Voice and guitar playing a good part.

The show was very good. However the restaurant part was disappointing. We were crammed in to our table touching elbows with the next table and it was very uncomfortable. We didn’t realize that the show and food were happening simultaneously- nothing indicated in your description. For the price we paid for vip this was not worth it. Our tapas and drinks arrived fairly quickly. We waited awhile for our paella. The one mussel we each had on our plates hadn’t opened and so it should not have been served to us. The small clams were mixed into the rice and with the dark lighting it was not comfortable biting down on the shells. No where could we indicate food allergies. There was confusion around the dessert. I asked the server if it contained nuts- no chocolate. My first bite I had nuts. Then they took that away and replaced it with carrot cake which usually contains nuts. I hadn’t touched it and they came and took that away and brought something else but couldn’t tell me what it was. The show ended and we were told to leave. My husband had not even received his dessert and when I asked if he could order another drink- no. For what we paid this was way overpriced for the quality of food and service.
