  All dancers and musicians are young and talented. I could see passion, improve and having experiences on the stage. However, really does not need their chit chat and laugh between songs, does not need body stretching after started show. They break the venue’s tension straight away. I just want to get and stay in their artwork whole an hour. Better adding a mature dancer and a musician.

  We visited as part of a school trip, with a group of 31 students and staff. Although we were seated close to the stage, the tables were extremely cramped, with some of us barely having enough space to sit comfortably, let alone eat. We were promised a “selection of Spanish starters”, but this amounted to one very small piece of chicken, a single croquette, and a tiny scoop of ensaladilla rusa. Service was poorly organised: some people were served their main course before others had even received their starter. The main course was a cheeseburger and chips. Unfortunately, every single burger served to our group (all 31) was completely raw, accompanied by around five chips. Once again, service was inconsistent, with some people being served ice cream before others had received their burgers. Needless to say, none of us ate the burgers. I also noticed other tables leaving their paella untouched, which raised further concerns about food quality and safety. It was very clear that the venue prioritises volume over quality: packing in as many guests as possible per show, rushing the service, and clearing the room immediately once the performance ends to bring in the next group. The flamenco performance itself was also disappointing. I have attended far more engaging and authentic shows in Málaga. This felt more like a casual family gathering than a professional performance, with little emotional intensity. The dancers were smiling throughout and chatting among themselves, which detracted from the atmosphere and authenticity of the experience. Overall, given the poor organisation, unacceptable food quality, and underwhelming performance, I would not choose to return. There are far better options available in Madrid, and I would book elsewhere in the future.

• False propaganda and show without a "something more"

  The show is not the most vibrant as I saw in Andalusia and then there is a false advertisement of a tapas menu that you think you are hiring but actually is the name of the show, according to the waiter, "flamenco show and tapas menu". I have never seen a show with that name to begin with, much less without giving right to the menu.

  The flamenco show (dancing, singing and music) is fantastic, but the food is opposite! So I will buy the ticket for next visit only the show without food.

  The show was great! The food was okay. I think my salmon was a little under cooked and I found a bone in it. I also never got the sangria I ordered. But overall we had a good time. It was a nice last night in Madrid.
