Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Meet your private guide at your hotel lobby in the morning, and head up to Hangzhou City by taking a 1-hour bullet train ride. On the train, discuss your Hangzhou things-to-do list with your guide. Of course, your knowledgeable guide will give you some suggestions, and he or she will customize your day based on your needs and interests. Below literary is just an example for you.

We just had a private tour from Shanghai to Hangzhou for a day trip for our family of 4. The tour operator, Alana, was fantastic, she was very informative, transparent and very organized. All fees and costs were discussed upfront with no hidden fees which I love The upgrade to 1st class train ticket which was unexpected. It was a nice touch which were greatly appreciated The whole team from the drivers to the tour guide, Xin, were super nice. I also love the fact that the cars that picked us up from and to the hotel and drove us around in Hangzhou were luxurious. Xin was amazing and spoke perfect English I can't recommend them enough. If you can't go wrong with this company. Highly recommended

Caroline is an amazing guide, she was very helpful and even gave us suggestions regarding taking photos in different locations. The trip was very well organized, both drivers were accommodating and the lunch was the best we have had in China over the multiple weeks. Highly recommend this tour.
