Caroline was very kind and helpful, she explained well about the city and its history. The trip is flexible, adjusted to our condition because we had a toddler and two elderly. The lunch was perfect, delicious and authentic foods.

Very well organised tour. Pick up and travel was very smooth. Spots were very beautiful and nicely chosen. Additionally lots of very nice and interesting information shared by Caroline that helped understand the significance and historic background of the sights visited. The food during the lunch break was also very good. We woud definitely highly recommend the trip.

Do not hesitate to book this tour we had a wonderful time in Hangzhou. So many things to see our guide Queena was excellent and very knowledgeable we really did appreciate our time with her.

Caroline is professional and friendly throughout the trip. She is easy to communicate and she is willing to accommodate my father who could not walk fast. She also took initiatives and proactively helped my mum to take pictures at various spots. The lunch was especially delicious. Overall we are satisfied and we would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends and family.

The Hangzhou tour was spectacular. Everything we saw from Westlake, to the tea , the lunch and the Temple were so beautiful. Caroline was so full of life , friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention her patience with wanting us to shop. A truly memorable day.
