With Danielle's guidance, the Italian Renaissance came alive for us. There's no way to see Michelangelo's David without falling in love, and the Uffizi is filled with amazing parts of the Medici collection. But we learned to see and appreciate them in ways that we'd have totally missed on our own. All the technical details of the tour worked without a hitch. And Danielle deserves way more than 5 stars for educating us and opening our eyes to the marvels. Splendid tour.

Marta was amazing and passionate. It was the best tour guide for this experience and she taught us so much about all the art work and history! What a wonderful day!

No one showed up at the spot. I got a refund though. I called Viator and the tourist agency several times. In the end I got in touch w someone and I got a refund.

The Tour Guy customer service and communication is horrible. The tour left from a completely different meeting point than is listed on the app and the tour itinerary as it is posted today. I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with this tour. The itinerary clearly listed a specific meeting point, which we reached to 10 minutes early, but to my surprise and frustration, the guide was nowhere near the location stated, and I was unable to reach the Tour Guy by email or call in time to get a response. Instead of showing up where they were supposed to, they left from an entirely different spot, not mentioned anywhere on the itinerary on the app as I still see today, without any prior notice or explanation. When I messaged the Tour Guy, they didn’t respond to my emails or calls until much later, after the tour had left. This lack of communication not only caused unnecessary confusion but also led to a delay and a great deal of wasted time for myself. I had no way of knowing where to go and ended up scrambling to find the new meeting point, at which point I was still not allowed to join the group or catch up until the first part of the day was over. It's incredibly unprofessional to deviate from a pre-arranged schedule without notifying clients in advance, and to not even follow up was even worse. I even had a Viator Customer service representative check and agree that there was a discrepancy, but I have yet to receive an apology or a refund. I expect more from a service I’ve paid for. Clear, consistent communication and reliability are basic expectations for any tour, and this experience has left me questioning whether I can trust this company for future trips. I strongly advise others to consider whether this level of disorganization is something they are willing to deal with.
