Customers must be able to climb and descend stairs. Please note that a moderate amount of walking is involved and this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

The tour itinerary can be different, but you will always do all the tour stops.

Entrance to the Siena Cathedral is included ONLY if selected at the moment of reservation. Otherwise, clients can enter at their own expense and depending on Cathedral opening times. Please note that will not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays and during special event opening times can change.

Please note that the guided tour in Siena will be only in English

Please note that the French, Portuguese and Chinese guided tour require a minimum of 4 participants

The low cost option is the only one not including lunch in the winery

This Tour is not for the weak. It is highly well organized and efficient and you see a lot. You see three days worth of things in 12 hours.. which is incredible! I issue with it is you are not allowed any food or water on the bus and there is no bathroom on the bus. It is important that people know that before booking this tour.. I do not find a relaxing to be on a bus at seven in the morning and I have my latte in hand. I would like to take the bus and drink my café and enjoy the views of Tuscany and not be in a militant bus where no food no café is allowed and everyone must throw it in the garbage. I almost walked away from the tour completely. This is not a vacation specifically a tour guide Marcos delightful person and tour guide. I recommend you sit towards the front of the bus so you can hear him clearly and see his visuals when I did not understand is that he explains to you the sites on the bus before you arrive and then you are allowed to explore on your own in sienna they do give you a tour guide. We had the blue sticker which included all the tours. I really liked how Marcos kept in touch with us through WhatsApp app and he was very communicative while we walked around and sent us maps as needed. I really liked that feature however I do not like no coffee café on the bus no food on the bus there’s a 12 hour day. The lunch is very minimal. . If they’re trying to sell you this as a luxury tour, it is not we are not the appropriate demographic for this tour. This is a bare bones tour. The tour guides are excellent and Marco even tried to help us to either get a taxi or a train back to our hotel because we had no idea how we even got there which was super sweet. I have to say I think we booked four tours through this company and the tour guides are A+.

Excellent Tour of Siena, Pisa and San Giminiano. The two guides very friendly and knowledgeable enough. The driver of 10. Wine tasting and lunch, excellent, a real experience for Italian Tuscany.

My Tour of Italy was a beautiful 12 hour day that was a dream that came true as we went from place to place. It included a variety of touring, eating, sightseeing and enjoying free time in Tuscany!

They over booked the tour and we end up not going That ruined all of our plans The operator tour offered us a free half day tour instead of the one we booked but at the end they refunded me only partial of my previous booking because we did the half day tour I’m not happy at all

the trip is beautiful and the guide very friendly. It seemed bad that we arrived in Pisa so late that we were no longer sold tickets to enter the cathedral or climb the tower. We could only see it from the outside. A shame.
