Very disorganized and disappointing. The guide was terrible- she basically had 2 groups but she had no idea who was who. 2hr and 3hr group. My booking says between 2-3 hours- how is this differentiated? The guide had no idea. We did a lot of standing around. They pre-book your time slot for the bell tower- you have no choice on this. You get entry to the cathedral and museum- but the guide does not take you there. She says “you have 72 hour to go in by yourself and wait in line”. I waited for the “skip the line” entry to the cathedral for an hour- with NO guide. We spent 10 minutes in the Academia to see David and another 10 minutes inside another place. The rest was her walking around and explaining we were to do things on our own after the tour. Had I known all of this, I never would have booked. Do yourself a favor and just buy the individual tickets from the museums and cathedrals. You’re still going to wait around no matter what.

This was a really good tour option with a quick entry into the academia museum. We got to stay for quite a while and look at the things there and then went to the Duomo. The Duomo inside and going underground into the ruins below was amazing.

Received confirmation email. Arrived at the meeting spot only to find out that our reservation has been cancelled with no alert. The tour guide was able to squeeze us into the first museum, but no longer able to accomodate us in Duomo. Left a damper on our tour

If there is anything in Florence that is a must do and cannot miss, it is the statue of David. This statue is so massive and impressive, it will leave you in awe. We had the most wonderful tour guide. She was very kind, funny, and had a lot of knowledge and information to share. I very highly recommend this tour!

Hello, I have been on this tour before and that is why I chose it again this time, but I have to say, I was not happy with this tour at all. It was short and the guide did not go really into the history of things. We only say the Statue of David and did not go in to see the Gallery. We asked many questions to the guide that she could not really answer. Also, it wasn't told to us that we couldn't have backpacks, so it delayed the group when we had to go and put up the backpacks. Also, we toured the Duomo on a Sunday, and the church was blocked off. This was also not told to us when booking or else I would have chosen a better day.
