We had a 9am tour and our tour guide said the line was too long and just gave us our tickets to see the duomo on our own time. Very disappointed.

Marco was great! Kept everyone inline and on track. He was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Marco is very enthusiastic about Florentine history and clearly loves to share that enthusiasm. Having an expert to put the statue in perspective, both in terms of its historical context but also Michaelangelo’s personal story really brings it to life. The Duomo’s exterior is certainly far more impressive than its interior so it truly helps to have the history of the building detailed by a professional.

The tour was good. I forget our guide’s name but she was lovely and very knowledgeable. I wish we spent more time in the museum where the statue of David is located. I also wish the guide took us more in depth around the Duomo museum but it was still an informative tour.

Chiara was an exceptionally good guide who made our tour of the Academia gallery and the Duomo immensely interesting and enjoyable. She is extremely well informed and pitched her commentary at exactly the right level. We would highly recommend this tour.

Good tour. Went specific to the two sites I wanted to see in Florence and gave enough time to explore and see with good information.

Lots of information given while touring the museum. Guide was very knowledgeable. Was not aware we would be given Duomo tickets to view on our own. We were not able to do this as we were only there for one day.

David is absolutely breathtaking. You won't believe how tall the statue is, and it magnifies every outrageously perfect detail. The Duomo is somewhat of a letdown. In fact, before we entered, our guide literally warned us that there is nothing interesting inside. So, the value of the tour is mostly skipping the lines and the expert explanations around the statue of David.

Tour guide terrible which ruined experience. Talks on and on and couldn't understand most of it. Do not need to pay for tour of this- can save money and do it yourself for much less and more enjoyable. Teenage kids were beyond miserable and so was I.
