Have taken many viator tours including in Italy. Worst we have ever experienced, both in terms of the guides knowledge but also attitude. Have complained and they managed very badly. The tour was only 5 people and halfway through tour, the male guide got annoyed with two people (not in our party) who wanted to take a photo so walked off and left them. Didn’t bother waiting or looking. He seems annoyed. Have complained and Viator haven’t tried to help.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour itself was well put together and told a great story about Michelangelo, the culture of Florence, and the history behind the art and the architecture we were viewing.

Our tour guide Eleonora was simply fantastic: competent, clear in explanations and able to tell the history, art and curiosities of the city in an engaging and never boring way. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the city in an authentic and special way. A huge compliment to the guide Eleonora: professional, kind and really good.
