The offer is sold as a timed entry to the Duomo. This was not the case. We met the lady where indicated and waited until 2.30pm which was our timed entry with several others. Then we are all shepherded to the standard line that is huge and we wait like everyone else! We took over 30 minutes in the queue and then the actual guide spent the next 30 minutes telling us about the hierarchy of previous royalty and leaders that influenced the construction. So your money is paying for the guide and no priority. Not what we were expecting and we felt it fell short of our expectations!

Our guide, Giulio was very knowledgeable about the Duomo and kept us interested during to tour. His language skills were excellent. The Duomo was amazing and worth seeing at night also.

Very busy attraction and long queues. However this was helpful as our guide related the interesting information and facts about the creation, design, construction and building of the beautiful Cathedral. And who knew the cupola or dome frescoes is the largest in the world. Like me, everyone believes it is the Sistine chapel! Absolutely mesmerising…no wonder the cathedral is a unesco protected structure. Worthwhile seeing.

Tour guide was nice enough. I thought fast tracked entry meant no queueing but this was not the case at all! Unfortunately we found the whole thing a bit boring, having queued to get in we were underwhelmed. Standing and listening to the description of the painted dome roof for longer than 5 minutes isn’t of great interest. From the outside this duomo is stunning, but inside any worth the queue as far as I’m concerned.

No complications at all. We met the host, received instructions, and entered together. The interior architecture and artwork are beautiful, especially when you take time to look up at the dome.

The confirmation message included clear directions and helpful reminders. The host explained the process briefly and answered questions. The reserved entry saved us a long wait in the crowded square. The cathedral itself is very impressive in size and detail.

There were 2 links for directions to the meeting place. I never found the group and tried reaching out but no contact to call.
