2.00We didn't get to skip the line and it wasn't a ticket to anything. We could have stood in that line for free. This was a tour by someone with non-native English that I didn't think I was getting - I just wanted to get in without waiting and maybe see the dome and we had to wait and paid for something that was free plus a guide I wasn't looking for.

2.00Timed entry does not mean that you walk in at the assigned time. It means that you get in a long line. Nothing wrong with the tour I just think it should be clear what one is buying.

1.00We went to the meeting point but the representative failed to turn up. We contacted eu tours via a representative of another company. They asked could we attend the next day which was not suitable. We picked the day and time to suit our timetable. No contact was made by the company prior to the booked time.
