5.00Florence was packed, so this reserved entry saved us a lot of time. The host guided us smoothly through the entrance. Once inside, we could take our time and enjoy the space. The atmosphere was peaceful despite the crowds outside.

1.00Arrived on time around 9:00 am, waiting in the cold for more than an hour and a half, at 10:30 am still waiting in the cold with my son! This is unacceptable!!! Meet at another activity at 11am with the same provider, so we left. Refund request made but not accepted!!! The customer experience is dismal, review your copy!!!

5.00Julio was a great tour guide. Incredibly enthusiastic and funny. He made it a fun experience and provided a lot of relevant information about the history of the cathedral. The cathedral itself is beautiful and unique.

2.00The guide was amiable and informed. The tour was a few tours lumped together so she had to manage about 50 people some of whom had reserved a full hour before. This meant it was crowded and that they made us wait to start. The entry was general so there was no fast line and many people were just cutting in front of us. Inside the duomo - aside from the apse there is t that much to actually see. It is beautiful from the outside and then if you want to see the view from the dome (different ticket). Understanding the engineering of the dome is a must but you can read about that online.
