5.00We arrived 10 minutes before the meeting time and the host was already there. Check-in was quick and simple. At the scheduled time, we were guided directly to the entrance. Security moved smoothly. Inside Florence Cathedral, we had enough time to admire the dome and walk around without feeling rushed.

3.00We were notified the day of the tour that it was going to start 30 minutes early, which due to our travel schedule, we were unable to adjust. We were able to join late, but unfortunately missed a good portion of the content. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, though at times difficult to follow with the accent and speed of her briefs. The experience was short, and half of the tour was spent outside waiting in line. We enjoyed having some context over a non-guided experience
