Skip the line and dive into Florence’s Duomo Complex—the heart of the Renaissance.
This small-group guided tour isn’t sightseeing. It’s fire.
The Baptistery blinds with Medici gold. The Museum unleashes Michelangelo’s fury. The Cathedral façade roars with Dante’s Florence. Every stop hits like a scene you thought you knew but never lived.
Then the choice:
⚡ Express — the teaser. Fast, sharp, shocking. Baptistery + Museum + façade. No filler. Adrenaline only.
⭐ Giotto Tower — the thriller. After the tour, the climb begins. Steps pound like war drums. Legs burn, lungs scream, Florence detonates beneath you.
‼️ Brunelleschi’s Dome — the finale. The forbidden climb. Reserved slot. 463 steps of sweat and obsession. And then—your moment at the top. Florence explodes 360° around you. More epic than any movie, more brutal than any test.
This isn’t sightseeing. This is survival. This is glory.
⚠️ Dome spots are brutally scarce. Once they’re gone—they’re gone.

Our guide, Michael, did a great job giving us a tour of the Duomo and Baptistry. The history and architecture were covered very well and brought to life with the aide of the museum tour. Unfortunately we were unable to do the dome climb due to a holiday but that was not the fault of the company. We did climb the bell tower with beautiful views of the city.

A total flop. Our guide and our tickets would not let us enter the first part of the tour, the Baptistry. Which if we would have gotten in was full of scaffolding. We were not allowed INTO THE DUOMO. It would seem that the tour providers would be aware of seasonal services and note exceptions. A refund will be requested.

Ivano was our tour guide. He was a wealth of knowledge. He shared so much history about Florence and the building of the Duomo. I strongly recommend this tour if you're interested in history, art and architecture. We did not climb-up the tower.

tour was cancelled and I got notice the very same day. I am not happy. I had to reorganize my day. Hope they make the refund soon. It is incredible they don't have replacement guides.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Walks in town is the tour company. Advertised as a 3 hour walking tour and the main tour was 8:15 am until 9:40am. Climb the DOME they had scheduled at 10:15….wrong. Actually tickets were 10:30. Guide ended the tour by lining us up at 9:40 am and then when he realized he was 50 min early he came back from verifying with ticket line scanners and said go get a coffee and someone will come get the radios. WOW. GUIDE: So Mario had limited information. At one point he just started reading from the museum walls and when he forgot would turn back. The tour included • Cathedral and Duomo exterior • Baptistery • Museum • Reserved climb to the Dome Inside the Baptistery all he did was read from the wall and then slowly walked in a circle repeating what he read. MUSEUM: at one point he rushed two tour participant’s out of the museum. We didn’t even see the entire experience. That’s because he thought the climb was earlier. The museum had 2 videos. We watched those. Nothing else was done. CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER TOUR: good luck with working with walks in town. After the first call where they said they would contact no phone calls were returned. They then would only Tex. Then they said the tour guide told them he finished at 10:15. Hahahah. I have cafe receipts from 10am. People in the tour were Shocked. The tour was $258 dollars. They offered $80 which was unacceptable for a refund. Then they proceeded to argue only thru tex. Needless to say the experience was HORRIBLE. BOOK ONLY THU VIATOR and avoid trip advisor and for god sake avoid any tour with walks in town. We have had 8 tours in Florence and Rome. By far the worst guide, information and service. Your advertisement is a joke. SCAM SCAM

Beautiful experience!!! I can’t remember our tour guide’s name, but she was excellent!! She was patient and took time to answer all of our questions! PLEASE NOTE—-walking to the top of the duomo is NOT for the faint of heart!!🤣. But so worth it to see the views! Also note, try and get to the front of the group (they take about 50 at a time), and once you get to the top, you have a limited amount of time you can spend up there (maybe 30 minutes). And, if your toward the back of the group, you will have less time because it takes a little longer to get to top because people stop while climbing (to catch their breath). And when you get almost to the top, you’re pretty much climbing vertically, like a ladder, and pulling yourself up. NOT EASY!! And VERY tight space, I’m 5’ 10” and had to duck a lot. Also, if you’re a bigger person, you might not fit. People were a lot smaller 300 years ago🤣. But, again….so worth it! Beautiful at the top!!

A must do! We had an excellent, born and raised local with a ton of knowledge and history. She was very personable and easy going pace for the whole tour. Followed with the finale of the Duomo Climb with a full 360 city view. Well worth the physical efforts to get to the view points.
