1.00It took longer than expected to arrive to our destination. The guide second guide showed up late and cut our museum tour by half the time. We were not happy with the entire trip. Our guide rushed us out of the museum and we did not get a chance to enjoy the entire experience. Heading back also took longer. I’ve used Viator for all my travel experiences and this is the first time we have experienced a disappointment. The trip was too expensive for it not to be a 5 star experience. I have reached out to your customer service for half a refund. Thank you!

5.00Claudio was a fantastic guide, probably one of the best guides I've ever had. He and a driver picked us up in a private SUV and was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely friendly throughout. The tour was very interesting and just plain beautiful at times. Florence is a must-see, must-visit destination. Take this tour without hesitation.

5.00What a fabulous trip. The tour guides were marvelous in their detailed explanations of Florence. We were especially impressed with the discussion of the David. Giuliana and Adam were so extremely helpful in the travels to Florence and Pisa. The detail and care provided were worth more than I can describe.
