1.00Buyer beware. We purchased tickets for this tour through Viator. They change the time, making it earlier by an hour and a half. While I did approve the change, I received NO confirmation through WhatsApp or email. In addition, neither my tickets or my Viator app booking page was changed to reflect the time change. Every proof of purchase and confirmation we received included the original time NOT the revised time. The only place to see the new time was in the Viator chat. As a result, we missed the tour. We have no idea how the tour was, but Viator was NOT helpful. City Wonders was NOT helpful. We lost $200 and I will not trust Viator or City Wonders again. Fool me once…

1.00We scheduled a tour in Florence, Italy to see the Statue of David. We asked for the 4:00 tour, but our tickets were emailed for the 11:00 tour. We had to leave Tuscany at 7:30 am to allow for traffic and parking in Florence. We were 15 minutes late for the tour and were not allowed into the museum. We then asked if we could take the 4:00 tour since that is what we originally asked for. (They did have us in the computer at 4:00), but wouldn't let us join that tour either. Several hours later, we received an email asking if we would like to join the 3:00 tour. We absolutely said yes and were in line at 2:00 to wait to go in. At 2:40, we received an email stating that the 3:00 tour had been cancelled because it was too crowded. We had another bad experience with this company in Rome at the Vatican. I have also left a review for that tour. We had travelled from the U.S. on a once in a lifetime vacation and these 2 tours were at the top of our list for our Italy trip. I will not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

5.00Our guide Stefano was excellent - good pace, really knowledgeable about the various places we visited and the art in the Galleria. Lots of great stories about the history of each place and its significance. Highly recommended.

1.00The operator did not help us with directions to the meeting point while calling them and giving them our address, apparently we were 3 minutes away, but it was too hard for them to help us. I gave them our address and he just made no effort and said “you need to check it yourself “ We missed our tour

5.00The walking tour of Florence was excellent with our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Thank goodness we had earphones because the city was so busy that we would not have been able to hear our guide without them. The tour lasts about 2 hours before entering the museum via skip the line. We still had to wait to get inside but for the number of people, it was very well organised. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence.
