5.00We only had 1 day to enjoy Florence. I reached out to Nicola to hire someone for the day. It was important that they spoke good English. He sent Maria Clare to the airport to pick us up. She was well versed in the best spots to go and in driving!! She was full of knowledge and eager to share it and her love for Florence. It was a great day! I would hire again!

5.00This was our first time to Florence and Pisa and we had a great time. Because we had elderly in our group and shore excursion provided by cruise ship required lots of walking, we had to look for other options. We chose this company because they had high ratings and we were glad we did. Our tour guide was Valerio who was very friendly and professional. He greeted us at cruise terminal on time at 8am, gave us a smooth ride to Pisa first, with the van parked within minutes of walking from the tower. He then surprised us with scenic route of the famous Tuscan countryside while driving to Florence. The parking places at Florence could not have been better - right at the very center of actions. Minimal walking distance was our top priority and we were very satisfied with the outcome. The tour ended with a delicious gelato stop before heading back and we arrived at the cruise terminal a little past 4pm. Overall we enjoyed our tour and had a very pleasant experience!

5.00Once again they did not disappoint! If you are looking for well planned luxury on a trip this is the way to do it. Nicola is always responsive to what your group is planning to do and we had a large group of 14 passengers. He gave amazing feedback on how to best use our time and what he would change and every suggestion he gave made our trip amazing. His guides are second to none with Diego and Maria Clara feeling like old friends and his restaurant choice for us in Luca was incredible. They have been patient, helpful, and efficient in the entire booking process and they are the first company I recommend to friends who are coming to Europe.

5.00Nicola was the perfect guide for my family’s trip to Pisa and Lucca. Van fit 7 people comfortably and he got us exclusive tickets to walk up the tower of Pisa and set up a wonderful lunch. If we needed a translator he was there for us. He took all the stress out of the day so we can just enjoy. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again! A+ perfectto.

5.00This is such a great option for families. We were picked up right from the dock and we were able to set our own schedule. Our driver, Maria, was phenomenal! She was so friendly and great with the kids. The van was new and so clean and comfortable! I would absolutely book this tour again!
