Great to avoid the queues at the museums. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the experience, eventhough we were expecting more of a city walk and discovering Florence, rather than a guided museums tour.

We had nightmare traffic and missed our meet up time for the tour. We understood that the would not wait long for us, which was fine, but when we asked if we could join them after the first stop of the tour, they would not accommodate us. I thought that was very unreasonable given the cost of the tour.

Laura made this experience really immersive with background story and folklore about certain items around the museums and general area of Florence. Her anecdotes made the whole group chuckle along the way. It was also nice that the Dome Climb was after we had actually seen all of the sights so this did not take up time on the actual tour and a lot of the group took Laura's advice to go to a better view point as well as climbing the dome. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Florence
