Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the artists and the history of Florence. He kept the tour at a good pace and did not rush us through. The climb to the tower was fairly easy. Again we were not rushed. The views at the top were spectacular and you couldn’t stay up there as long as you wanted.. our tour guide provided instructions to get down and departed us so we could take our time at the top. Must do experience while in Florence, plus it was on 3-4 hours, so you have plenty of time to do other things and the ticket includes access to places outside of the tour places for a couple days.

Eleanora (I hope I spelled this right!) was awesome! The views from the Duomo are breathtaking. David was jaw dropping. Definitely worth it for the history lesson and to see the amazing art and views. Would highly recommend this tour!

This was a really fun experience - just the right amount of time, lots of interesting information, etc. Not for folks who are afraid of heights (like, as we discovered at the time, our 8 year old), and we had to wait a bit in light for the Duomo despite the "skip the line" pass. But well worth it!
