Sara D was the best! She knows the town and shop owners intimately and really made us feel at home on this very informative and delicious tour. Thank you! A great first night in Florence and she gave us a fabulous recommendation for dinner the next night.

I booked this tour following a great experience with "Eating Europe" in Trastevere, Rome and it was just as delicious and informative! Our guide, Ava, was local to the area we were visiting - the "other side" of Florence. Every establishment we visited was welcoming and the food, wine, cocktails and gelato were excellent. We learned about the history of each establishment all while enjoying an authentic and delightful evening. I would absolutely recommend a food tour with Eating Europe in Florence, or anywhere your travels take you!

Fabulous! Highly recommend. Our guide, Serena, was an absolute delight as were all of the proprietors we met along the way. The food and drinks were delicious - do NOT eat before this tour. You'll be well-fed!

Great local foods with historical background and history. Good wines along the way as well. Catarina did a great job with her local knowledge, general history and perspective. The Gelato was outstanding. You will not leave the tour hungry.

Sara D was excellent. We had a lively evening exploring a part of Florence where the locals dine and drink. Truly fabulous evening that felt very personal as Sara D knows all the locals like family.

Food tours are the best way to get to know a place and this food&wine tour of Florence delivers. We had a small group of 8 and visited several restaurants with plenty of food and wine and historical information. The evening started out wet and rainy but ended dry and satisfying even with all the walking on this tour. Our guide was so friendly and personable, she really made the tour special.

We had the BEST time on this tour. My family and I went back and forth on quite a few packages and we are so glad we went with this one. Antonella was so knowledgeable and easy to listen to. She took us to places we would have completely missed from an outsider perspective! You get a bang for your buck and make new friends along the way! we tried about 7-8 drinks and dishes each. and my god the cheese, gelato, pasta! To die for. I cannot recommend this tour enough!!
