Brilliant guide who gave us an informative and interesting introduction to the Tuscan cuisine, all venues were well chosen and the tasting excellent. The tour not only gave us insight in the food traditions but also took us to beautiful places in the city! Our guide Sara, was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions.

Sara was an amazing guide for this tour. We saw all the best spots on the other side of Ponte Vecchio including a cute cheese store with the king of cheese and an award winning wine cellar. We also had amazing gelato. We retuned to one of the restaurants the next night for the gnudi pasta! Thank you Sara, it was great.

Tour included excellent wine and local restaurant food. Lorenzo was an outstanding guide and shared the beauty and history of Florentine local cuisine and culture with our group of 12. The pace and variety of the tour was just right. While most of the wines were red, there was an option for white wine at one of the locations.

Fabulous experience. We would never have visited the places without this tour. The guide was so knowledgeable and nice, our group was fun, never expected to have as many food tastings from the cheese and meats to the gnudi and wild boar! All of the wines were amazing and a Negroni that I liked which I had not liked previously. Definitely recommend!

Eli was our tour guide. We had 13 people in our group, and I admit she came on a bit too strong in the initial meeting. Only later did I realize that she was setting the parameters for a fun and informative food adventure. By the end of the night, we had met and enjoyed the company of several strangers. It was an absolute blast that my wife and I will never forget. During our last stop Eli came back into the room and saw our entire group talking and laughing. Immediately she burst into a wide smile at what she saw, and I knew she relishes her job. I told her that she was the reason we were having so much fun because we felt like we were out for a night with our new friends. I highly recommend Eli and Viator for your next food adventure. Good overview of local wine and food. Come hungry. Cocktails and wine- so better for those who drink alcoholic beverages.

The food and wine tour was led by Serena, a Florence native. She was very knowledgeable about local culture and history. She took to local establishments, many owned by the same families for generations. The owners greeted us and served us in most places. Fun way to experience local fare, I was very full by the end of the tour
