The Viator information sent us to the wrong meeting place. We tried to text, call, and email and got no response. We were refused our money back. We have screenshots and printed documents all giving the same wrong meeting point. Will keep pushing for a full refund but very disappointed as we did not get into the Uffizi

Our tour of the Uffizi with our guide Lorenzo was a wonderful experience! He certainly was every bit the art expert we were promised. His English was excellent but his knowledge was even better. He did a great job of taking us to the most important works and letting us know more about the artist and his art. The only issue we had was making a mistake by going to the wrong meeting point. But a quick phone call to the office quickly got us back on track. And once we arrived at the proper location, the Towns of Italy staff put us at ease. The entire tour was outstanding!

There was no "skip the line". We waited 1 hour to get in the museum. The guide was not in a good mood, he was in a hurry and he didn't take care of the special needs of the group.

The real value here is being able to hit the highlights of the museum without spending the week it would take to see everything otherwise. The place is massive and we saw everything we wanted to see in 2-3 hours. The expert also provide great context to the pieces with interesting details.

This was one of the best we went on! Our guide had a solid understanding of the artists and their art, and of political background of the time, so we could understand the context in which these works were created. She had a lot of great “behind the scenes” stories which added to our experience. Definitely can recommend taking this tour! H

Having a guided tour really makes a difference in an extensive collection like the Uffizi. We got so much more out of it by having an art expert like Frederica taking you to the most important works and then explaining them to you. She was an excellent guide. Very informative and knowledgeable and also friendly. Our group size was small and made things more manageable than the other big groups we saw. I highly recommend this tour with Frederica.

The meeting point shown in booking.com was totaly wrong. The guided tour however was very good, we learned a lot and the guy was inspiring for seeing more art and architecture.
