We had a great time on our tour! Jack was a fun and knowledgeable guide! We saw some really beautiful wildlife, including a couple alligators! Food truck was reasonably priced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our airboat ride. The guide was able to find 3 alligators, and answered questions from the passengers. Back on shore, the exhibit area included a talk by a guide with snakes, and another with a young alligator. Their love for reptiles was evident. Worth the time and money for an enjoyable, educational experience.

This was a great trip! The pick up area was easy to find and there were nice areas to wait and a big gift shop to check out before we boarded the boat. Captain Disco was very patient and did a wonderful tour. Afterwards, my family mined for gems and enjoyed animal exhibits. Would recommend you bring ear protection muffs, if you have them, especially if someone is very sensitive to loud noise. The group is given free ear plugs but we had ear protection muffs which were much more effective.

From the time we went on line, booked tickets and arrived it was very easy. We were scheduled for a 1:00 time slot, got there and there was room on the boat that was leaving in 10 min. Excellent tour and so informative!

While this was very affordable and we did see alligators, we were ultimately disappointed. We really didn't go far - just a circle, saw a few gators, and went back. The experience of the boat ride was much less exciting than other rides we have been on - there really wasn't a thrill. We also missed headsets with a tour guide giving us great information as we rode along. Instead, he was yelling above the noise - and only when we stopped. We definitely didn't have a bad time; we just didn't have the airboat experience we have had with other vendors.

The facilities are really great - easy booking and areas to eat and relax as well. The airboat ride was fantastic and the animal area very informative too. I just loved the whole experience

Great airboat ride. Got to see different birds, iguanas & alligators. It started raining heavily halfway through our tour so be prepared as it was cold & very wet. Didn't like the animals being caged in the animal encounter & the baby gator with its mouth taped up so people can pet it. Not cool. For this reason we would not go back.
