With three exclusive seatings now at 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 9:30 PM, each time slot offers a unique vibe: We would like to kindly remind you that the Service Charge is not included in the initial price of your reservation and will be collected upon your arrival. 5:30 PM – Catch the golden hour and watch the sun dip behind the island’s breathtaking scenery. 7:30 PM & 9:30 PM – Dine under the stars as the city lights come alive around you. Enjoy a lavish 4-course gourmet meal suspended high above Puerto Rico’s beautiful landscape. House beverages—including sodas, and juices—are included, with the option to upgrade to a top-shelf open bar featuring premium spirits and craft cocktails from our expert mixologists. Reminder: We're at a new location—keep an eye out! ⏰ Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Takeoff will occur no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time if there are no delays. The women's bathrooms...

2.00The women's bathrooms were inoperable & utterly disgusting! There were 5 stalls, 2 were locked from the inside because they were full of feces, 1 was full of feces, 1 was full of urine & 1 had no tissue. Apparently they were experiencing a problem with the water so the toilets wouldn't flush, but even more reason to just shut them down & notify costumers accordingly. The men's bathrooms only had urinals working. To make matters worse, our reservation was @ 5:30 pm & we didn't get in the air until 7:20! We weren't given an update the entire time we were waiting & when we inquiired we were told it was due to them having to switch out the crane. We didn't receive anything for our inconvenience, not even apology!!! The food was good but not worth all the inconvenience we experienced.

5.00The process and food was incredible! Staff was very friendly and easy to chat with. Even with a fear of heights, you feel secure. They ease you into the ride up. The wind was probably the only unpredictable part but the service was still great alongside good drinks!
