5.00We saw the "Canadian Rockies" experience. This flyover experience has two components, an video presentation about the history, of the Canadian rockies, and then the actual flyover. During the flyover you sit in a moveable row. Durning the experience the whole row moves off the ground into a large area. You feel suspended, and are surrounded with video depicting flying over lakes, mountaintops, and scenery. The ride gently twists and tilts just a bit from time to time, and occasional effects, like mist, give the sense of being in cloud. It's a pretty realistic, enjoyable and educational experience.

1.00Unfortunately, I thought that this would’ve been a great experience. After what my family and I experienced with the employees there at Chicago Navy Pier was beyond disappointing. This company is scamming people. One employee who goes by the name “P” told us there was a 5min grace period and the other employee name “Latoya” told us something completely different. But the terms and conditions says something else completely different that it’s up to the location discretion. We were in Chicago visiting family and couldn’t believe the one place we thought to enjoy was scammers. They wanted us to pay 50% for another pair of tickets while having already paid $195. Who gives a 5min grace period??? WHAT COMPANY ON EARTH? After ask can we be scheduled on the next show they asked my family to pay 50% per each person. High way robbery at its finest. The employees were so rude to one that Latoya told us we are the only family who had a problem paying again after not being serviced the first time. UNBELIEVABLE. We were 6mins late and people let me tell you if you’re you will be ask to pay 50% off for more tickets. Reminder you’re traveling in one of the most popular, busiest part of town in Chicago.
