4.00The shows themselves were amazing! Highly recommend. Cool experience. However, they need to change the system for those who purchases the double package (both Chicago and Rockies). They make you exit after the Chicago part, go all the way back downstairs to the main entrance, then climb all the stairs again, and sit through the pre-experience and safety videos again. Surely there is a way to give the people who purchase the double a bracelet or something that allows them to stay in their seats and wait for the second part of their package, versus all that stair climbing and walking. That was the only part that made the experience less than perfect.
Give it 10 stars 🌟 and will definitely be back this June for another family outing

1.00My reservation was for 8:15 and by 8:45, we still were not seated for the ride. My party had to leave for another reservation and the staff were unapologetic about the egregious delay and did not offer rebooking options. Do not go to Fly Over Chicago. They do not care about your time.

2.00The host were extremely rude at the start of the line talking to patrons like children instead of greeting us warmly, you all should reconsider training them cause not everyone knows the process especially out of towners.
