We had an incredible experience touring the ancient city of Ephesus with Atilla as our guide. His knowledge of the city's history was truly remarkable. He brought Ephesus to life with detailed explanations about its origins, the civilizations that inhabited it, and the various empires and conquerors that shaped its history over the centuries. Every stop on the tour was filled with fascinating stories and insights that made the experience both educational and engaging. Beyond his expertise in ancient history, Atilla shared a wealth of information about Turkish culture, traditions, and daily life, giving us a much deeper appreciation for the region. He was also happy to answer every question we had and always provided thoughtful, informative responses. One of the highlights of the day was his excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, where we enjoyed some of the best Turkish food of our trip. His local knowledge extended beyond food as well—he gave us honest and helpful advice about shopping for leather goods and jewelry, explaining what to look for and helping us better understand the quality and craftsmanship of local products. Atilla's passion, professionalism, and deep knowledge made our visit to Ephesus unforgettable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional guide who can provide both historical expertise and authentic local insights.

We had an amazing experience with Atilla as our tour guide in Ephesus. From the moment Atilla picked us up in Bodrum, every aspect of the day was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. During the 2.5 hour drive from Bodrum to Ephesus, Atilla started to bring the history of Ephesus to life by telling us about what we would see throughout the day. He also answered a myriad of questions we had about Ephesus, history, Turkish life, and everything in between. Once we arrived in Ephesus, Atilla enthusiastically guided us through Ephesus with deep knowledge from his years of experience. He also gave us the option to include the excavation at Ephesus, Mother Mary’s House, and the Church of St. John in the tour. We chose to see everything possible after Atilla gave us great context to make the decisions about what we wanted to see. Throughout the historical sites Atilla brought the history and culture to life in a way that we would never have been able to do on our own or in a group tour. Atilla made several wonderful additions to our day that weren’t part of the tour. We told him that we wanted to pick up a souvenir for our daughter but hadn’t found the right thing so we went souvenir shopping and found a great gift before our tour began. He arranged for us to share an authentic Turkish lunch with him close to the tour site. He also took us to a carpet making cooperative as well as a family-owned pottery workshop after giving us the choice to do so. At both sites not only did we get to marvel at the final product, but we were able to see the entire process from start to finish. Both experiences gave us a better understanding of craftsmanship that Turkey is known for without a high-pressure experience to buy something. Atill ended our tour with a delicious baklava tasting stop because we had asked about the treat earlier in the day. These little additions made our tour infinitely better and meant the world to us. Atilla also made the logistics of our tour stress free. He arranged to pick us up in Bodrum which is hours away from Kusadasi where the tour was advertised to start. He made sure we were safely transferred to our hotel in Sirince for the evening after the tour, and he also arranged our transfer to the airport in Izmir the following day. I was very stressed out about the logistics for this leg of our trip, but Atilla ensured that we arrived at the tour and went on our way with ease. What sets Atilla apart from other tours we’ve been on is his warmth and kindness as well as the way he customized the experience to make it special for our interests. The day felt like we were going on an adventure with an old friend instead of joining a tour. For these reasons and more, I would highly recommend the Ephesus tour with Atilla to everyone visiting the area!

Our recent private tour with Attila was amazing. Attila arranged a comfortable van, picking us up directly from our hotel in Soğucak, and expertly guided us through an itinerary rich in history and local culture. Starting at the House of Mary, we arrived before the cruise crowds, which made the experience feel special and serene. Attila's knowledge of Ephesus was great – he brought the ancient city and the terraced houses to life with his insights during our nearly 4-hour visit. Lunch in the picturesque village of Şirince at Pervin Teyze Restaurant was a highlight. they served us authentic and delicious Turkish food at very reasonable prices. we finished the day off with stops at the Church of St. John and a pottery workshop. Highly recommend Attila for anyone looking for a well-organized, immersive experience in the area!

We already had a plan where we wanted to go exactly and what to see and our tour guide Ugur Duman was perfect for us. Just exactly what we needed. We visited so much in one day. And dinner in front of the Museum was great also.
