We fly all year round, weather permitting. Please note: On Christmas, we only operate for half the day (9 am - 12 pm).

5.00Booking process was simple, excellent email communication the day before reconfirming everything, actual checkin (except for minor issue of taking payment twice which is being sorted), the ground crew explaining everything , the pilot (James) taking advantage of a perfect flying day and giving us an amazing experience - can’t fault the service and experience provided

5.00We were fortunate that the weather was perfect and we absolutely loved our experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip to New Zealand. I would highly recommend. Although we were required to be separated from family members for the flight, we were able to come together for photos at the snow landing site.

5.00Great professional set up ideal to get to as we stayed in Franz Josef. Although we couldn’t do our planned trip due to weather conditions the staff who are all welcoming and friendly did offer a refund if we wanted but we opted to do the shorter trip over 1 glacier as it was our only opportunity. Our pilot James was great and landed us on rocks by a summer alpine pool which was gorgeous we got to feel the mountain air touch some snow have a little wander and take some great photos. We would highly recommend this company

5.00After bad weather prevented us from going up as planned, we were finally able to fly on the third attempt. The staff were very helpful in rescheduling which we very much appreciated. So glad not to have missed this - it was a fantastic experience. James, our pilot, pointed out the key features and shared some interesting facts. We were able to land on the snowfield and capture some amazing photographs. Would highly recommend!
