With a maximum of 8 guests, this hands-on experience offers an intimate setting where you’ll prepare a classic three-course French menu. The menu you will prepare includes: - First course: Ratatouille with fresh herbs de Provence, goat cheese and crostini. - Second course: French chicken with forty cloves of garlic, slow-roasted with white wine, brandy and vermouth to create a rich sauce, perfect for sopping up with crusty bread. - Dessert: Flourless chocolate cake with a dollop of freshly whipped cream. As you cook, you’ll learn French culinary techniques such as roasting, sauce-making and balancing fresh herbs, gaining skills you can carry into your home kitchen.

Our chef was great! She shared very helpful tips, made sure all the guests are as involved as they want to be, and had a very upbeat personality. The meal we made was delicious and simple enough to make on my own. Would definitely recommend.
