1.00The tour company cancelled my original date due to technical reasons. I then agreed to a new date. When I went to look at ticket in app night before it said cancelled. So I assumed cancelled again, not sure why I wouldn’t. Company now refusing to give me a refund when clearly their fault.

5.00My husband and I book this tour and we had an amazing time with Jean Francois. This tour is a must do and Jean Francois made it a lot more attractive and interesting. He is very funny and highly recommended. He gave us time in each areas visited and explained about the area and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend to book the tour upon arrival to nice as it would give a better prospective on where to spend more time depending on your preferences.

3.00Missing information about transportation. We thought it was a bus and not a private vehicle. The site mentioned that the information would be translated into several languages but it was difficult for him to translate, drive and answer questions at the same time. In addition, we were 2 groups: that is, 4 Francophones and 4 Anglophones which was not easy because the time to translate everything, greatly reduced the planned downtime.
